Kenneth S. Weiss, MD

OrthoSouth was the most efficient doctor’s office I’ve ever visited. I was out of their office in under an hour- and that was for a first visit. Yet I never felt rushed as if I were cattle. The staff could not have been nicer and Dr Weiss was attentive, and explained everything thoroughly. IMO, other doctors’ offices could take a lesson from OrthoSouth!

Dr. Weiss at OrthoSouth Briarcrest is an excellent orthopedic specialist. He ordered the appropriate diagnostic tests and performed a thorough examination of my knees. He recommended a conservative treatment plan to address my health concerns.

In addition, I appreciate the thoughtfulness from his medical assistant, Ashley. She scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. She also took the time to answer several questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Weiss and his staff.

Dr. WEISS is one of the most caring doctors I have ever received services from its bedside. Manners is absolutely wonderful. He is a constant pillow and staple in the Memphis medical community and we really appreciate him.

Dr. Kenneth Weiss is the most caring doctor that I have known. He is very thorough in what he does and takes the time to explain to you concerning what is going on and his recommendations. He has been my physician for years. I really respect Dr. Weiss and the attentive care that I received. I wholeheartedly recommend him as he is a top quality physician.

Able to get me into office and address an injury to my left side of leg-muscle detachment from skin known as Morel-Lavallee’ Lesion. Which Dr. Kenneth Weiss explained and what and timeline if and when we may need to see if there is anything we might need to address after a total of 5-6 weeks after the initial fall and the separation of the muscles from the skin and the fluid in between them. He suggested to wear compression shorts and do my normal workouts.

Went for my year check up on my total knee. Was a totally satisfying appointment from start to finish. Dr. Weiss even had time to talk to me about practical concerns.

Dr. Weiss and Ashley are the best Ortho team ever.They are kind and caring while maintaining efficient professionalism. I just had Total Knee Replacement surgery. It was a tough procedure, and I wouldn’t want go through that with any other team. I would highly recommend them for your Ortho needs.

Seeing Dr. Weiss for my upcoming knee replacement he’s an awesome doctor spends as much time as needed to explain and answer questions that you have his staff is also excellent at helping you in anyway they can To answer questions in a very polite manner Would very much recommend him.

3 years ago, my husband went septic and then into DIC after an infection spread from behind his knee replacement. Dr. Weiss did a surgical washout of his knee and most likely saved his life. He walked us through months of follow up after that and was very caring and compassionate. I definitely recommend him and am so thankful for him!

I walked in without an appointment with a hip injury. I was already in their system so there was minimal paperwork. From the time I set foot in the door until the time I had X-rays and had seen the doctor was less than 45 minutes. Hip is much better and with Ortho South and Dr. Weiss is top notch.

Dr. Weiss very professional. He had a very good bed side manner. He made me as
comfortable as possible when giving me my injection.

As a returning patient of OrthoSouth I was apprehensive about finding a new Dr. The surgeon who did my left knee passed away sadly. I really don’t think you can go wrong with any orthopedic doctor within OrthoSouth. I met Dr Weiss for the first time recently and he refreshed my memory on what to expect before, during and after surgery. I remembered a lot as I had my first TKR in 2019. Dr Weiss was great and took a lot of time with me. Strange to say “I’m looking forward to him drilling holes in my bone to give my knee support because I know eventually the pain I’m feeling now will get better and without it the pain will only get worse”
