Timbercrest RV & Mobile Home

I lived at Timbercrest for almost 3 years. Nice place, generally quiet and peaceful. Nice laundromat and game room with vending machine. David is extremely nice and cooks some fine meals from time to time with what he catches for folks. Everyone there is nice and you can't beat the price and location

"Old school cool" is the best way to describe this park. The owner David was as nice and helpful as could be during our stay. We were able to roll up with no reservations and stay for as long as we liked, pay when you leave. It was so laid back and low stress we stayed for almost a whole week instead of one night. Best pricing I've found in the area and walking distance to Walmart. You don't find too many places like this anymore, hidden gem. We will definitely be back!

David (the owner) is very friendly!!! Clean laundry room and rec room with air conditioning. Very quiet park with a lot of permanent residents. Good part of town with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Price was very reasonable for full hookups. Very quiet!!!

I would highly recommend this park to anyone! The rates are reasonable and the owner David is very friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate his guests! The location is perfect as well. Everything you need is near by or within a short driving/walking distance. There is a rec room with a really nice pool table, darts, corn hole and much more! The laundry is conveniently located right off of the rec room. The tenants here are really friendly too! Thank you, David, for everything!

10 STARS!! I came here about 2 months go and stayed a week, then went to Broken Bow, OK, then realised that I liked Hot Springs better and the price here in Hot Springs is $25 Night / $150 Week or $475 Month which is amazing compared to other places i have stayed.. so I came back and been here for a Month now! David the owner is amazing and very FRIENDLY and keeps his WORD! Awesome Pool Table, even free stuff available in the lounge, very clean laundry facilities, games and snack machine and drinks! The list goes on and on... Awesome location, friendly neighbors, I see that others say its packed out here (Not compared to others I have stayed) 20 AMP / 30 AMP / 50 AMP, with full hookups and they most lots are paved, just an ALL AROUND AWESOME PLACE SO GREAT THAT I DON'T KNOW WHEN OR IF I AM LEAVING HERE!! He will even let you borrow his pressure washer to clean your motorhome or anything else! They even bring it to you!!

It was hot and humid. Over all it was a great place to stay. There were trees so it was seanic and clean. Extremely well priced. However, non of that compares to the owner Dave. He's the nices getalmen. We had an issue with our truck. Both on property and off. Both times he help up. It was an awesome stay!

Since the moment we arrived, everyone was very friendly. David the owner and his workers will do anything to help you out and make sure your are comfortable when you are there. Place is very quiet and so close to everything. We highly recommend this place. Plus the price you can not beat!

We stayed here during the Oaklawn Park meet and absolutely loved it!!! Conveniently located on Central Ave, close to everything!!! The owner is amazing, super helpful, genuine, all around good guy! They kept the park very clean, using a leaf blower after storms to clear the debris from around the RV spots. Dog friendly, very nice laundry facility with vending machines and pool table. Will be back next year 100%!!!!!!!

Super nice owner!! Very accommodating. Extremely helpful. In a good part of town. $475 a month for 30amp includes water, sewer, electricity. Clean. RV spaces on level pavement. Some spaces are closer together than others. Some older RVs in disrepair but no worries because the people are very nice! Everyone we met in the park was very neighborly and friendly. Nice mobile home area to stroll. Good water pressure. Nice clubhouse and laundry. 2 blocks to from Walmart. Walk to Lowes, pizza, chick filet and more.

Was needing a place to sleep before a 12 hour drive. Called to ask about a spot for the night, owner called me right back and helped me secure a spot so I could sleep!!! Nicest, kindness, genuine person! Thank you so much for making me safe. Thanks to Charlie and Pat for your help! I will stay here again!!❤

I am a full time rver. I have stayed at this park for over 4 years. Wonderful community. Has a rec room with laundry and vending. Quiet clean park.

Our time with David at Timbercrest was, without a doubt, our best experience with any RV park in the 20+ states and 100+ RV parks we have visited. Don't let it's location fool you, thanks to local topography, it is as silent and serene as a private retreat. There are trees throughout that keep the temperature down, and provide ample shade. Our shore power never dropped below 115v and .01 THD, and the sites were acceptably level. The neighbors are 55+ only so no screaming kids, or crazy antics to disrupt your stay. We work 24/7, and David even went out of his way to make sure his maintenance team didn't wake up the night shift, during their daily routine. They have great laundry facilities onsite, a cool gameroom with darts and pool, excellent pricing, and David who makes it obvious he does his best to make his guests happy. Thank you, David, for your hospitality; we WILL be back to see you again!

What a great place for people of all ages who want a very contemporary stay in this beautiful city of ours.its not a place,timbercrest rv and mobile home park it's a destination,the Disneyland of hot springs

I really enjoy living at Timbercrest Mobile Home Park, It is a safe place to live where you do not have to worry about walking after dark. We are located right in the middle of Hot Springs where we can get to everything within 10 minutes are less..... We have wonderful neighbors and friends who watch out and care for each other. Their is always someone in the park that can help, just last week my mom's golf cart broke down and the on site maintenance man was able to get it back home for her. Probably one of the best perks is the owner lives onsite and is available 24/7. I cant think of a safer place to live.

So many amenities and great location. Very quiet and friendly.

great place to stay full hook up for camper, quiet location , close to several restaurants, walmart is just around the corner would highly recommend, rates are very good
