Purchased a tarp from Sharon who was an exceptional customer service representative for Lowe's. She was very helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. I would hire her to work for me in customer service anytime! 💯 She deserves the best.

I have to rate Lowes service so much better than their competitors. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I just finished remodeling a house and hands down. Lowes is the best! If I was missing a part in my order everyone from returns to that department was there to make it right.

I have found excellent deals here and discovered the discount from using their credit card. I'm fixing up and old house and this all worked out well. The staff are helpful- especially those out in the garden areas! I have gotten a lot of help from folks in there. One of the only complaints that I have had is the time it takes to leave the store because the checkout is often congested but then one day a self-checkout appeared with four registers! That has gotten things moving and now I can get in and out quickly. UPDATE: I saw this curious looking dog at Lowes. The owner said she is a Poodle-Chihuahua mix. I think this should be the Hot Springs Lowes Home Improvement mascot. She looks like a teddybear to me.

Jamaica in customer service was simply amazing during a recent curbside pickup on Black Friday. Her personality made our day and she needs to be commended for creating raving fans which is difficult these days.

Consistently over the years they strive for customer satisfaction.
The only negative is the access to the store and small parking lot for volume that store sells.

We loved LOWES! It's a store of Military for me, we used to buy there because they have 10% discount for military. Everything we need about garden stuff and rack for rooms. They have a good customer service too. So Thank you

Needed Scroll saw blades in a hurry & Bosch did not disappoint once again... & those dang Expensive 19.99$ wood saw for my Dremel. & this Pineapple Sage was delicious straight off the plant lol

I had 5 STAR SERVICE today. I have to give credit to the customer service ladies. They were each very busy with large returns and the line was continuing to grow. They gave each customer their undivided attention when it was our turn.

I am sharing this because Jamaica at the Internet order pickup desk went above and beyond. When I realized that my pickup order did not match what was pictured on the website, she gladly went ALL the way back to plumbing to determine what may have been the issue.

It was determined that the same picture was used for two different items on the website. She made the adjustment and correction due to the error.

Jamaica provided EXCELLENT customer service. She should not only be commended but also rewarded for taking pride in her job and representing Lowe's with genuine care and a smile.

Nice plant selection. I bought a yoshino cherry tree to plant next to my dogs grave. The tree could have been in better shape but some damage is expected. There want very large of a tree selection but I was pretty happy to find the cherry tree.

Lowe's has great tools and other supplies for building things and fixing up things that break in the house.
