Hiked to music mountain, the tallest point in Hot Springs national park along the sunset trail during sunset. The views were amazing and no one was on the trail, it started to cool off and feel nice outside. We were hiking fast to finish before the sun went down. Highly suggested hike

Well maintained and not a lot of roots to take trip over. First time running around town and this trail is not to disappoint. If ever your in Hot Springs make an effort to visit this wonderful trail.

Its filled with trees forming canopies throughout the route and sunset looks great from these heights..the point to point distances help understand where you wanna quit and return too. Google maps has a better outlook of the route than the map of the trail.. and good mobile network.

Love the area. This was a great spot to watch Memorial Day fireworks!
This just happens to look out over the Hot Springs Airport where the fireworks went off this year.l

A great hike. Consistent elevation change makes it a good workout. Early spring when the trees are budding is the best time so you can truly experience the views

Great trail for hiking or running. I trail ran this with my wife and dog in July. It was hot but we started early enough in the morning and there is enough shade to keep us cool. We went counter clockwise around the park, which seemed like the better direction to go. The views were good. Be sure to bring plenty of water as there are not any places to filter water or refill bottles along the way.

It was a very rewarding hike to the summit. Great trails, not too crowded, and great for adventure! We saw 3 deer and a box turtle!

A fun hike, easy to take it slow and see alot of great views. Sunset is awesome if the weather is right.

My brother and I enjoyed an early morning hike up North Mountain. The trails are looking great, even if a little muddy.

The view is astounding. Highly recommend when in Hot Springs area.

Awesome hike with some great views

We went there to spread my late Moms ashes. It was a beautiful trail and found many perfect spots to do it in.

It was a long trail with a nice scenic view at starting point. There are shorter trails as well. It took 8 hours to hime ~16 miles (lost my trail 😂). At a point there was river, where it was fun to walk in ice-cold water in the hot weather. It was really a great fun. Be careful about ticks.

It was so beautiful up on the West mountain today!! My best friend got married today and they had their first dance and it was absolutely beautiful!!
