Major Kudos to Kai and Max for helping me they both go above and beyond with their exemplary customer service and kindness! I’ve been a Zumiez customer since the 90s when we used to chill on the couch in the back after skating and they have never let me down. Cheers!!! Keep up the great work guys!

Super fun and awesome shopping experience. Everyone was very helpful and informative. Specifically, Kai/Kie (I'm so sorry I'm awful with names and I know you told me how to spell it when i inquired) was exceptional in delivering above and beyond service to myself and child, including styling assistance. They also ordered a shirt I wanted but the store didn't have for delivery. Probably the best experience I've had in decades of shopping here. Really made my child feel heard and seen as well. As a person who has worked retail, people with exceptional skills like this should be rewarded and compensated, I definitely spent more money than intended because of the customer service we recieved during our visit.

I skate boarded with friends when I was a kid. Never really got into it, but had some good memories. Out of no where Facebook bombarded me with Ads for skate boards. I was thinking you know my daughter I bet would love a skate board. Not wanting to pay shipping and handling we headed off to Zumiez. My foggy memory would not give me all the details I needed to get a board put together. The store had a wonder deck tech named Emily who walked my daughter through the steps of picking out everything from the deck to the wheels. Showing her a bunch of options and explaining the difference. Than after it was all picked out she put it together for us as my daughter watched. Again Emily explained each step of putting it together. It was some of the best customer service I received in a long time. Super happy with the purchase. The selection there is great.

Alan was an absolute boss. I came in first thing in the morning with a huge online return. He treated me kindly and problem solved my issues perfectly. I have worked retail and know how rough it can be with returns, especially when they go against your stores figures. However, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I 💯 recommend this store and their guest satisfaction.

So I had a big confusing day yesterday with some order issues. But, Emily absolutely saved my day. Even when the store was closed she went above and beyond to make sure I got a pair of snowboard boots so I can go riding today. Her customer service is “. Over 9000” she was awesome super helpful and I just can’t say thank you enough. Go buy stuff at Zumiez!

I avoid the mall at all costs but my daughter needed to get some stuff. I will admit I wasn’t in the greatest mood when we went into the store. A woman came over and asked if we needed help, we did. She was so nice, I was actually taken back at how helpful she was. Wow!!! She helped my daughter and we got everything we came in for. She actually put me in a better mood. I want to personally thank Tatyanna!!! We need more Tatyanna’s in this world!

Just came in to get my daughter a skateboard. I am not a skateboarder so had no idea where to start. Jarred was immediately there to help us choose the right size, right quality and did everything from sizing the safety gear to building the board. The front desk staff was also very helpful and we got a 25% discount on safety gear because we bought a skateboard package. Extremely pleased with the service, quality and price. Highly recommend!

Always such a fun vibe here. Stevie and Kai are so friendly and always help us out.

Had a wonderful experience with an in-store purchase!

Never pursued much of the activities involving skateboarding as a child, even though I had one which I covered in stickers and did a few ollies with. Decades after spending time in a chair and an office, I revisited my early dreams of fun once again.

Researched a bit online and found a few choices that fit my personality. Went to the mall to see if there was something more I could learn from.

Was greeted with open arms and wonderful collaboration when I explored with them the idea of how to stay active while at a desk with a skateboard, an avenue I hope more office environments explore as a trend! Was fun building it there together with them.

Will be back again to smile with my newfound friends that work there, and hopefully send more I encounter to the store!

Needed to get some bearings for a long board. The girl at the counter was very helpful. Explained the difference between types and helped us find the best kind for type of riding my son did.

Got my daughter some great shoe she loves and we go there all the time they have some pretty good deals and the staff there seems very helpful and excited to help you there's no high pressure because they're not selling used cars folks just good shoes
