I love the smell of Nordstrom when you open the double doors. The air sucks you in as you walk into the magical world of retail therapy. fashion and everything else that will make you feel fab! A new outfit meant power. The love affair begins at a very young age in the children’s shoe dept. Getting your foot measured, a balloon and a bright shiney new pair of shoes!! Sold!

Sales lady Ingrid helped me find great jeans… I am a guy who shops maybe twice a year.

She identified the perfect fit for my body type, and had me in three pairs of jeans. Whole thing took 15 minutes.

The customer service in the shoe department was amazing! I've got very problematic feet, and the gentleman who assisted me was so knowledgeable and patient. I usually hate shoe shopping, because it's often disappointing for me. Because of his help, I actually left with two beautiful pairs of shoes this time, that are comfortable as well. I admit that I don't normally shop at Nordstrom, but after this experience, I'm going to change that habit!

We stopped in at Nordstroms for a little Christmas oogling and grabbed a bite to eat at the restaurant on the second floor. The food is always good and it is a change from the regular dining spots.

Love Nordstroms! I enjoy the pleasant, friendly, and professional atmosphere. Remains my favorite place to buy a beautiful gift for my friends and family.

Harmony in the makeup section was absolutely fabulous. I came in for an updated (bit more glamorous) look for my son’s wedding. She listened to what I was looking for and proceeded to knock it out of the park. She gave me super instructions on how to replicate her techniques at home and sent me home with some awesome samples. She was so sweet and friendly and I left feeling like a princess. She embodies the Nordstrom service that I have appreciated for years.

Shelly is an amazing stylist who spent so much time helping me upgrade my wardrobe. She listened to my concerns and was extremely patient while I tried on the styles she had pulled for me. Not once did I feel rushed, which was so kind considering the amount of time I was there. On top of that- she never made me feel uncomfortable when saying no to the things I didn’t quite love. I would absolutely do this experience again. Thank you so much Shelly!

It's been a long time since I've shopped at Nordstrom... never could afford it.
Today was an ok experience. The lady, Heather, who sold me my shirt was awesome!?! She alone gets every star possible.
Eating to celebrate after finding a shirt... food above average...a little.

The cashier and server... well, first was good, not great, the latter shouldn't be working here in my opinion.

I'll leave the above and change my view of the server... she just visited the table and I'll give her 4 stars... much better than earlier...may have just been super busy... don't know. Bottom line she's fine!

My friends and I drove up to Washington square to look for some cologne.. Andy was the best retail worker I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Super helpful dude. Andy said that my friends and I made his day.

I requested a stylist appointment online and let them pick who helped me. I have wanted clothing help since trunk club stopped.. I used to try new things through that and I miss that service. This was so much better.

Shelly asked me some questions the night before I came in about my height things I like what I’m looking for and my hair and eye color. I told her I wanted to try new things and be trendy and she had about ten outfits ready for me when I got there as well as some extra items. I loved every one. They were beautifully displayed, she helped show me how to mix and match and create many outfits too. The things I wanted but couldn’t get this day, she created me a “style board” online to save the items and keep track. I LOVE this service and I LOVE Shelly and she will be my go to for EVERYTHING clothing related. I learned so much and got some amazing items.

This is a special recommendation about Nora. I would like to acknowledge her effort and great customer service. I usually shop at this facility, but chose Nora to help me. She always welcomes me with a smile, and always gives me the time I need, without being pushy or rushing me. Her recommendations are always loved by my gift recipients. I am glad I found people like her at Nordstrom. I usual recommend her to my friends for shopping.

Had an item pickup here that was smooth and easy. I called to change the date of the item pickup, and talked with real people instead of an automated and ineffective phone line. The phone call took less than 2 minutes and everything got sorted out. Thank you Nordstrom for having real people to call!

I'm so delighted with my Nordstrom experience! Two of their associates (Tiger with Gucci, and Harmonie with Clinique) reached out and organized a special spa event for members of our transfeminine social club. Ten of us enjoyed being pampered and fussed over with facials, makeup applications and product samples. Everyone left with a huge smile on their face and the warmth of knowing that, at Nordstroms, we are welcomed and valued. Tiger did my makeup, and, as you can see, she has amazing skills!

Love Nordstrom all the time but especially today. Marisol helped me find several outfits for an upcoming business trip. She made my shopping experience fun and I found a lot to love! Bailey helped in the shoe department and she found the perfect pair of shoes to go with the new outfits. Nordstrom employees are what make shopping there an amazing experience. Thank you!!

I had an expensive silk dress altered at Nordstrom Alterations. When I picked up the dress, there was a pinpoint hole and a tear in the thread in the chest area. Laura S., the women’s area manager, was INCREDIBLY helpful. I appreciate her level of service and efficiency. She also offered to help find a replacement dress. Thank you Laura for providing excellent customer service. My trust in Nordstrom was restored thanks to you.

This is the only Nordstrom in the area worthy of your time and money. Head and shoulders above Downtown in terms of customer service and selection. We had given up on shopping at Nordstrom in PDX due to the appalling "service" Downtown but Indiana in menswear restored our confidence providing a true Nordstrom experience.
