Smith Caldwell Drug Store

I have been a customer for over 30yrs I think. I have hated when insurance has forced me to use another pharmacy, especially mail-in. They have helped me so much over the years. Helping me stay as healthy as possible and making sure my meds don't interfere with each other, even calling me when the doctor accidentally slipped. The people are so nice and helpful and I hope they stay open for a very long time because I don't want to go to another pharmacy!

Walgreens was out of my son’s antibiotics. Smith-Caldwell called and got the prescription and filled it. Every person I spoke too was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

These people are a blessing! I don't have a vehicle and they were able to get me some eye drops to help my eye. Very friendly and extremely helpful. 11 out of 10 definitely gonna use them again.

Wow!!! I was taken back by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I was also surprised of the store itself! So many other things than just pharmacy. I had difficulty obtaining a medication that all the chain pharmacies could no longer obtain. Not only was Smith-Caldwell able to fill it immediately, Andrea a pharmacist there said she could compound it for me!!! It's a heart med I have to have. I drove from out of town to get it. Thank You, thank you thank you Smith-Caldwell!!!!!!!

A charming surprise in the heart of downtown Benton. Not just a place to fill prescriptions, but chock full of unique gifts for pretty much any one on your list. Cute clothing for women and children, some locally made handicrafts, gourmet treats, jewelry, candles, baby gifts, home decor, seasonal decor, kitchen accessories. I always find something I wasn’t expecting.

Dependable pharmacists who are professional and dedicated to their customers. They go out if the way to personalize the message of each and make certain safety is considered. Always patient and willing to assist in answering any questions a customer has an help in any matter whether from pharmacy to the business office to the retail store.

The pharmacists are some of the most professional I've seen. I'm very impressed by this place. They worked hard to get my medicine compounded for me. I appreciate them so much.

The girls at the Frog absolutely LOVE your soups and sandwiches for lunch!! We look forward to finding out what the soup of the day is going to be! As well as the delicious coffee from the coffee bar
