Sandra has given me extraordinary service... going out of her way to save not only my phone but all of my data. I'm old school and I lack my knowledge. I and my Family came into your store on Oct 28th 2019. We were greeted with 3 friendly faces and BIG smiles as we walked through the door of your establishment. The atmosphere
was very professional and warm welcoming. Gabby who was a very friendly and knowledgeable young Lady asked us our reason for visiting the store. As we explained the matter She conversed back and forth with another young beautiful Lady named Sandra. Both of the Ladies were very helpful regarding the plans & products available for purchase.
Kevin gave us a warm welcome on His 3rd Day. It was as He had been there prior. (Great job) He was very eager to help us and noticed during conversating...my phone being at the point of no return as I gently laid it on the counter. (Cracked screen with masking tape design)He proceeded to ask " Who's phone is that". Lol. My Daughter told Him it was mine. Now the original plan was to purchase my Daughter a NEW iphone. As we proceeded to chat about life while Gabby assisted my daughter with her phone. Sandra comes in and says " How much are you currently paying with your service provider? I told her. Then She proceeded telling Me about the promotion where I can purchase 3 phones and have a cheaper rate. These 3 people here changed our world.
We left the store with 3 phones at an affordable rate. I and my Family were back in business. We all say thanks so much for being dedicated and enjoying what You do! You made our 1st impression of Boost Mobile unforgettable. Keep up the good work!!

I went in for some information about cell phones ended up porting in all my lines to Boost Mobile the representatives were so helpful and professional. I highly recommend this store for cellular overall experience.

I trust this store more than the other guys. The other store behind pho ruined my phone, then tried to get me to pay 250 for a cheap, slow phone that in no way compared to the one I had.
