My mother has been I'll for several months. She has been transported to various treatments and appointments by another Ems company. They were always late and not very friendly. On September 17 that company failed to get her to a very important procedure. Later that day she needed to be transferred to NEA Baptist emergency. This time Emerson was called to for transport. The ladies that transported her were very kind and caring. Nik stayed late to transport her back to the nursing home. He was also very kind and caring. We would recommend your EMS service to anyone.

The 2 gentleman that brought my mom to the ER earlier were such nice guys and we truly appreciate it

They made my dad wait 3 hours beyond what he was told he would need to wait for the ambulance to transport him back home after a serious illness over a week at the hospital at St Bernards. Rude behavior, damage to property and sentimental items, destroying a bookcase by pushing it into another room without my permission. Also members of both ProMed and Emerson Ambulance Service could be heard griping and belly aching about having to help transport my dad's medicine and get him in bed after a hellish experience at the hospital. These people are not professionals and they have no empathy at all. Total disregard for property. Not recommended!!!

We had to send a client of mine out to the hospital and the white last that showed up was horrendous. She was rude and had absolutely awful bedside manner. I would not trust this ambulance service with any family member of mine. You will not receive good care from this lady or this service.

The woman sent was very condescending and showed little to no interest in the situation at hand.
