Patrick Contrell Came out and looked and said my roof needed to be replaced but my insurance company said it could be repaired so he talked to them and got them to put out some more money and replace it. Once he did we got it going and they came out and took care of it. I had some rotting deck boards so they went over the whole roof to check and see if there was anymore problems before they put shingles on. Patrick is very friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. Would absolutely use them or recommend them to anyone else. Also Theo and his crew did a fantastic job on the roof and they cleaned up everything and ran a magnet. Gone in a day and I couldn’t be happier.

The first roofing company drop the ball when my insurance denied the claim. Chris Claude from Southern Roofing and Renovations took over my claim. Chris came out to my house and he took a lot of pictures proving my roof was not repairable as my insurance company said it was he fought tooth and nail for my new roof. My old roof was in such bad shape he goes we got to get this fixed for you. The day of my new roof I was just speechless that I was actually getting a new roof I couldn't hardly talk to Chris that day the pictures that I'm posting of my old roof don't do it justice but the new roof looks awesome I still can't believe I've got a new roof on my house. I really can't say enough on the integrity and how well Southern Roofing and Renovations take care of their clients.

Highly recommend. Alyssa worked with us from start to finish. Answering all of our questions and worked with our insurance company. When crew arrived they were very professional and completed the work in 1 day and did a super good job. They cleaned up and even ran the nail magnet to make sure no nails were left behind. Fast , friendly service and would recommend to anyone needing siding or roof repair. Nick was fast and knowledgeable while replacing my hail damaged siding and worked under the spotlight after dark to finish the job plus power washed our entire house to make remaining siding look as good as the new that he replaced. Worked one on one with my insurance to make the process painless as possible. Shingles removed and replaced in one day .

Several worthy companies came to assess our problem but when it became difficult dealing with insurance company they all gave up and left until we got to Nick Vandale with Southern Roofing. Nick would not give up, contacting all adjusters involved and got the claim settled and the work completed in a quick and professional fashion!! Highly recommend!!! He is awesome!! Billy Payne and southern roofing and Renovations ROCK! This is my follow-up review. My home is protected by this beautiful new roof! Upon removal of the old roof, it was discovered that I didn't even have an underlayment, and there was some damaged decking. Had this not been taken care of, we could have had some real issues in another year or so! I owe it all to this great company and the hard work they put in. Thank you guys so much! Hail damage several weeks ago rendered my roof damaged and in need of repair. Martin Skeets of Southern Roofing and Renovations-Jonesboro, AR, came out to access the damage. After evaluating my roof, it was determined that there were several areas of concern and recommended a full replacement. After working with my home owners insurance claims department, it was determined that insurance would only cover repairs and not full replacement. Due to the roofing material used for my home being discontinued, the insurance company agreed to replace entire roof. Martin communicated a schedule for crews to come out after materials were procured. The schedule Martin created was executed within the timeline promised. The roofing crew did a superb job of roofing my home and did a great job cleaning up after. They even came out later to replace some edge trim they felt was not up to standard and replaced a section or two of that. My hats off to Souther Roofing and Renovations of Jonesboro, AK. A special "thank you" to Martin Skeets and the Memphis crew for a professional and quality roof installation.

The crew was great too, and they completed the roof tear-off and replacement in one day! Our roof loks great! I am very impressed with the professionalism of Southern Roofing. The local project managers, Terrance and Connor, were patient and persistent in working with my insurance company. The SR work crew were skilled and motivated to do a great job... they worked more than 13 hours to complete my roof in one day, correcting unexpected problems and shortcomings after the tear-down of the previous roof shingles. I recommend SR to anyone who wants quality workmanship and a dedicated roofing contractor.

Martin came by my house and saw that I hail damage that I didn't know about. He help me out so much, helped deal with the insurance and really go into detail about my roof and different types of roofs. If want really good work for your buck get ahold of Martin he'll make sure everything gets done in a timely manner!
