Very attentive bartenders and the food never fails to satisfy. They've really done a 360 in the last year or so. If you were less than impressed before definitely give them another try!

Found this local gem one random Wednesday night as we were visiting for the week. Best burgers BY FAR - the Cadillac burger and barn burger! Fries/onion rings and tots were also legit. So good that we returned again on Saturday night to enjoy the same burger and stumbled upon karaoke and great people watching.

Best classic bar I know of. When you think of what a bar is and should be..Cadillac Jack's is it. Not for family's. For the working class. The Bartenders know their craft, and Excell at customer attentiveness.

Friendly staff foods good couldve been faster at there response time but lately theyve been getting better love the place frequent it often

They offer a good club house sandwich for lunch there. Delicious french fries to enjoy while your playing the Oregon Video Lottery slots. Play keno and enjoy yourself. More enjoyment there then any other place in town. The owner is always gracious and reminds me of the true meaning of being a lady. Always a pleasure to see her. Couldn't ask for a better afternoon then enjoying yourself at Cadillac Jacks.

The bartenders are not attentive as they should I waited 15 minutes for drinks

It's a dive bar with good food and drinks. I felt bad for the bartender. Something happened with the cook and the owner kicked him out! She had to talk to customers about their orders and run the kitchen as well as tend the bar. Pool league night as well. The owner should have stepped in and helped instead of leaving her alone!

First time here and will come back nice bartenders and good drinks. The karaoke was awesome great sound system. Drinks were also fairly priced.

I'm not a big bar fan, but the food and service was great! Thanks for being open Easter, so we didn't have to eat fast-food. Just passing thru and enjoyed the experience

I always have a good time there. They always have great food. And the waitresses bartenders and cooks are always fun to be around.

We went there because their food seemed more reasonable than a lot of other places. We had a fantastic Prime Rib dinner and good tap beer. They filled them right to the top of the glass. The salad that came with dinner was super good, too. The portions were large and everything tasted great! The chef came out to check on us, and we told him how nicely the Prime Rib was cooked. It was actually rare as we requested. Our server came back often to make sure we were doing OK. She was great! We'll definitely go there, again! Money well spent!

It's $5 for a draught beer and they have burgers, fries, and such priced reasonably. There are a few TVs in here, a pool table, and the adjoining room has the Karaoke. Service was quick and friendly. Motorcycle parking spots are available up front. This is the place that I would frequent when in Pendleton.

Pretty good airport food joint. Good few selections of brews and drafts. Few food meal options. Just about everyone can find something they can enjoy here. Pretty fast service too especially for in between travels. Good friendly staff.

I just ent in there for the ATM and get a lottery ticket! But looks like a clean place lots of room!

Outstanding lunch for Robs birthday! The prime rib sandwich was outstanding! Rob had his go to of the Rueban sandwich and he says it’s the best he’s ever had! Huge thumbs up to Deven the cook for delivering an outstanding lunch! The staff were friendly and engaging! We are passing through on our way from Vegas to Alaska so not sure we’ll make it back here but if you’re in the area make it a point to stop at Cadillac Jacks!

Lively.. Karaoke.. great bartenders! They can make about anything if you tell them.. lots of great people to socialize with .. 3 pool tables.. lots of room to move around.. patio with fire pits to keep warm when you need some fresh air during the cold months

Korina and Tia are the most hospitable bartenders I have ever met! They made the night fun safe and enjoyable. as a woman who is going out just with her best friend this night was absolutely one for the books these ladies provided me with 100% the best service I've ever had!

I love this saloon based on one bar tender, misty. She makes being here feel like home, she is always hospitable and kind. She remembers her regulars and is always patient!
