Great company! The inspector that came over provided me a thorough evaluation. He provided photos and insights as to why it was starting to fail in our desert climate. I wish people would install higher quality materials when they build houses! Mike was great to talk to and always promptly responded when I reached out with a question. The roofing team did an excellent job! They were respectful of my family and always made sure they could leave when needed. They always picked up after themselves each day. They even went around with a magnet every day to ensure they got all of the nails and other sharps, that can hurt feet and paws. I highly recommend working with State 48! They are a solid roofing company and do a lot with our community!

State 48 was fast, efficient, and professional. We bought a house which in their opinion needed a reroof rather than a repair. After discussing with CJ, we decided to go with the reroof and hapoy we did. Even though some issues came up requiring some extra cost, they were clear and explained why. There was a lot of communication prior to the teams arrival and after to ensure we were happy with the work. I would recommend them for any roofing work you may need.

I was referred to State 48 by a friend. Jesse inspected my 24 yo tile roof. He sent me lots of pictures, because let's face it, I will never get on my roof again. We scheduled replacement. Everything happened like clockwork. Paid deposit. Materials delivered. 2 roofers arrived to remove tiles, more roofers came and then Alejandro and Brent adding expertise. The work was done a day early. Everything nicely cleaned up. More pictures of the completed work, warranties and receipts. The workers were professional and the roof - especially the flat patio roof looks so good. I probably won't need another roof but if you are looking at reviews, you probably do. Use State 48. These people are serious about their workers, their reputation and their business. You just know they will be here if you need them again.

State 48 Roofing was like a Godsend. After 5 failed attempts at getting 5 other roofing companies to even come out to look at my situation. I happened to pass a State 48 truck and called when I got to my destination. Arrangements were made for them to come out in 2 days. When Juan Lopez showed up I actually thought what does this guy know about roofing. Looked very professional but not what I had in mind of a roofer. After a little discussion I was very comfortable with making the choice to have the job done by State 48. Not great with names but everyone involved was very helpful. After the job was complete, 5 days after the initial contact. I feel State 48 did above and beyond what I had really expected. When it's time for a new roof, I definitely know who I will be calling. State 48 Roofing just completed their 3-day install of our new roof. They reused existing tiles and replaced the paper, cracked/broken tiles and everything else with a full 30-year warranty. These guys were professional all the way. Cleaned up every day. Started and finished on schedule as promised. Their crews are all employees and under close supervision. They do not use subcontractors as many other roofers do. Simply put, they did good. Job well done.

I recently had my roof redone by State 48. In a word, they are professional. From the estimate appointment to the completion of the project they were on time and on budget to exactly what they had promised. They did excellent work and the crew was big enough that they were able to get the majority of it done in one day. Replacing a roof is not a fun project, but these guys do it about as well as it can be done.

Jesse and the entire team at State 48 did a fantastic job of putting on a new roof at my house. I needed the roof done very quickly and they were able to get the entire roof removed and a new roof installed in 1.5 days. Excellent follow through, and State 48 held my hand through the whole process which was very comforting. Good warranty too. Thanks!

State 48 did an amazing job replacing our roof! They were great with communication, provided us with before and after photos, the crew was courteous, professional, and fast - we had an army of guys that completed the work in a very timely manner. They also used quality products. Highly recommend!

I would like to express my appreciation to Eric and to his crew with State 48 Roofing for the fine job they did installing a new roof for us. My wife and I are both very impressed with the speed and professionalism with which they got the job done. In less than a day the difficult task of replacing the nearly 30 year old main roof was fully completed.

The patio roof was delayed due to inclement weather but it, too, was completed with utmost dispatch just as soon as Mother Nature permitted.

I am happy with the results and I would contract with them again.

We were referred to Juan through our realtor who had previous experience with state 48. Juan was fantastic to work with. The whole experience was very smooth. They may not be the cheapest option out there but their communication is top notch and they get the job done quickly. My entire roof was redone in 2 days!

From start to finish, State 48 Roofing exceeded our expections. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry for a roofing inspection and estimate while other companies that we messaged never responded. We initially dealt with Cam Stansberry and he was extremely personable and professional, communicating in a very timely manner and answering all our questions, never making us feel hurried in our decision. After Cam, Shannon in the office was also a delight to work with, again communicating in a very timely manner and returning calls and/or texts quickly, even while she was at the airport waiting for a flight!!
The crew who did the work on the roof were extremely hard working and did an amazing job finishing our roofing project in just 2 days, leaving no trace behind in our yard (nails, debris, etc) that they had ever been there. They were supervised by Mike who kept in constant contact with us while the work was being done and kept us in the loop with any issues that arose, which in actuality was only 1 problem with a certain material for our 20 year old roof that was no longer manufactured in the color we selected. A very satisfactory resolution was reached in a very timely manner!

Purchasing a new roof is a huge investment, and incredibly stressful. State 48 roofing made it so much easier. Everyone I worked with was responsive, professional, and of high caliber. Marcos, Diego, Shannon, Doris, Wendy, Jose all were incredibly kind and responded quickly to my questions/concerns etc. We had a ton of rain during the time and they worked quickly to get things done in between the rains. State 48 Roofing did the job to my satisfaction. Provided excellent service from start, during, and as they finished. They have fair prices verses the competition; I will definitely recommend to those in need of repair or replacements.

I recently had my roof replaced with State 48 Roofing the week of March 11th. Prior to the repair, I was provided a detailed assessment with clear photos and examples of current damage. Diego explained all of his concerns and what needed to be done to rectify the damage. The images were very clear and allowed me to see the problems with the roof. Setting up the appointment was easy and the team was flexible. They had to work around mother nature. She was having a temper tantrum and kept raining.

Like all jobs, nothing is easy. Whoever did the roof prior to State 48s remediation, glued something to the actual wooden beams. I was informed that there would be an $8,000 increase in the initial quote. The team at State 48 provided an alternate solution and we were able to stay within the initial scope of work.

It's still raining and I haven't seen any new damage or needs for repair. I have a ten-year warranty, so I feel comfortable in knowing I can reach out and get things repaired if I have to.
