Classic, stylish clothing for women of all sizes. And the personalized, friendly service is something one usually finds only in upscale department stores. They're always having super sales. Shop carefully and you could walk away with a lot of great bargains!

One of the best stores I have been in a long time. The selection of fashion of clothing at the time of the season is great. The colors pop at times and catches your eye. They bring in the season to you. The employees are so helpful.

I like this outlet store. The staff is responsive and polite. The store has a good selection of casual clothes, and I can always find my size. C and B also has good sales

4 stars because my wife actually found some things she would wear.

My wife has fairly conservative style of dress for business and going out. It used to be that Christopher and Banks was her go to for all of her wardrobe shopping. Over the last 5-7 years the company has begun catering to styles better suited to the younger crowd. Once in a while she finds slacks that fit the traditional waist. Once in a while she finds attractive opaque tops that she is comfortable with.

The sales staff was pleasant and well dressed, if, apparently, bored to be there. We found them to be rather slow.

Their clearance prices can go as low as $4.99! Staffing is hit or miss but I usually get excellent customer service.
