Dr Rice gives exceptional care. One of the most kind and intelligent physicians I have had in my entire life. Goes to great lengths to make sure you understand concepts. His staff is always helpful and courteous. I would not second guess referring anyone to him. Top of the line care.

Wonderful experience. They offer a broad range of therapies including pain management and grief counseling. Very compassionate people. Flexible hours. Beautiful and relaxing offices and waiting room.

I sent in on my own to ask for help they were all rite there for me and made sure I was OK very nice people there thank you all so very much saveing my life

They are always there for me

Dr Rice was great at first. He helped me get taking a different benzodiazepine...he understood my issues.. so I thought. but when he came down to a dangerous taper to low my med to get off he has zero knowledge and understanding of my symptoms and problems I was facing. He also doesn’t know anything about lowering my dose, compounding pharmacies, etc and how dangerous it can be at the very bottom.
He blew off my symptoms, tried to continue to medicate me when that was the route I did not want to go, always told me I was taking the hard route and I don’t think he actually really understood my issue. I’ve addressed him my worries and he just pushes me under the buss now.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOU ARE TRYING TO TAPER A BENZODIAZEPINE MEDICATION TO THE VERY END. I hope this is not the same problem with other people trying to Taper Medications with him.
He is terrible and he needs to do better research in his addiction and medication prescription tapering research.

Dr rice is impossible to get ahold of the mass majority of the time. For someone that prescribes potentially dangerous medications he shouldn’t be so unavailable and hard to reach. From Friday to Monday he will practically shut his phone off in order to avoid clients, which is fine if he wasn’t prescribing such serious medications people withdraw from and if he wasn’t making such big mistakes like forgetting to send a request for refill in when the client showed up to the appointment and did what they were supposed to do on their side. Then after making that mistake he doesn’t answer for it and or doing anything about it until 3 whole days later. Ignoring your attempts to get ahold of him when he’s clearly said that if something like that happens to get ahold of him on his personal number. Obviously that was just something to say to sound like he can actually
be reached and isn’t a total out of touch, ready to retire, old man. Don’t got to him if you plan on getting on serious medications. He’s not reliable and he doesn’t really care about you.
