Going into the lot I was so nervous I could barely talk to tell Andrew Wallace or Jay Card what I was interested in or needed. Lol. But they were Both ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They kept me calm and talking and before I knew it I was a little more relaxed and laughing like i knew them for years. . They told me they were going to help me as much as they could and promised to do all they could to get me in my 2015 Malibu, and they did just that and Becca was there at the end too! Shes great also! Every thing was just amazing. I'm so thankful for all of 3 of them and would recommend Jonesboro Car-Mart to everyone!

Went in with my fiancee just to see what they had and ended up walking out with a van that we loved! Payments were right in line with where we wanted to be. But, almost immediately, the check engine light came on. We took it back in, and Amy put us right into a different vehicle, newer, nicer, and kept the payments the same for my piece of mind and my wallet. And this vehicle runs like a dream! She was absolutely amazing, helping us out and calming my nerves down. No pressure sales people are hard to find. She was awesome!! Go see her for no stress car buying!!

It was an amazing yet quick experience. They were extremely thorough and friendly and answered all my questions. They were easy to work with and got me into a car I love, even with damaged credit. I was very impressed and would highly recommend using them for car buying needs. ♥

Went in on this past Saturday to jus get some quotes on a vehicle for my daughter and left with a car that she loves! Went in to look around with set numbers in my head. Spoke to Amy who helped me beyond words, this was my first time purchasing a vehicle that needed to be financed and she went above and beyond to make things so easy for me on top of staying with the numbers I wanted, couldn't have asked for anyone better to make this process easy, afterwards I spoke with Becca who also was very helpful in explaining the warranty and service program, she was very open and truthful about things that I asked and that's what made things so much better for me. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants car buying to be a smooth and easy process.

I have to start off by saying that car-mart has changed significantly in the right direction, especially at the Jonesboro location...for whatever reasons staff has been completely changed which in my opinion is nice. Secondly I have been a carmart customer off and on, been pretty loyal etc etc, now yes I too have had my fair share of not being the most best customer BUT that being said Jay the new store manager and Amy the super awesome sales person, they took a chance and gave me another chance, worked hard and long to get things close to where I needed it to be...long story short, yall get in there and check them out, it feels more welcoming in there and i have to give Amy another shout out, you always hear the term "it takes a village" she is the G.O.A.T when it came to more extensive things she took my nephew around the store keeping him occupied while we finished up...thank you so much guys and everyone else that handled my "new" account

I got my car a little over a year ago from Jonesboro carmart. Never had any problems or complaints about this location. Friendly curiosity staff. They are always there to help in any kind of way. Wish I would of took my daughter to this location instead of Oxford 😒. Yancy is one of the best employees you all should give him a raise.
