Best Western Plus Jonesboro Inn & Suites

Had a great stay for a long day! We had forgotten to buy some snacks and they had a variety of great snack selections. Staff was very friendly and even moved us to a better room once we arrived. Breakfast staff was very nice and great. The overall atmosphere was immaculate! Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are staying short term in town. The area had easy access to restaurants and a fun night club nearby. I felt safe in the area with no disturbances in the air.

ALL staff was spectacular (rooms Immaculate,, breakfast area super clean, front desk staff friendly and helpful). Have never stated at a hotel/motel that was this nice and welcoming. If you’re going to Jonesboro this is a must stay.

For travel, I always try to stay at Best Western. And this was probably my most enjoyable stay ever. The rooms are clean, and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great hot breakfast !! Very convenient location to almost everything in town. My only minus is that they don't have a hot tub.

This hotel booked at the last minute, so to speak, was a great value. And the breakfast was plentiful!

Best part is it's just off the interstate and quick access to anything you want. If you're looking to relax, the rooms have lots of space for the price. My room has a living room that's big and a bedroom. All furnished with TVs.

Quiet too. Great view of the interstate, since I'm on the backside. Parking is big. There was a nice little breakfast. Simple yet filling unless your looking for a smorgasbord of food. Sausage and biscuits, waffle maker, coffee machine that makes other drinks too.

Cereal, breads, yogurts, eggs, oj, juices. You would be wrong to complain. It's a nice place to relax and rest and then go on your way.

We stayed the weekend following July 4. People who complain about the place having a dated look are right, but at this price (and it's a great price), I don't expect a sparkly curb appeal. The outside of the building is well-kept. The front desk is staffed 24/7, but if you plan on coming in past 1 or 2 a.m., you'll have to swipe a room key at the lobby doors. It's a welcome security feature. Check-in was a breeze with a nice clerk, and even though we arrived almost half an hour early, we were able to go to our room right away. The elevator was quiet and quick. There was still cleaning staff in the hallway, and they were very friendly even though we were the early ones squeezing past them with our valet cart.
We booked a king suite with separate bedroom. The furniture was in great condition, and although we only stayed one night, there is a lot of storage space for a longer stay. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. There is enough space in this suite to do cartwheels and breakdance! Hallelujah! The living room is such a great size. Six people could hang out comfortably. The "kitchen" area is a good size also. You can stand in front of the fridge with the door open and someone can still walk by to get to the bedroom--which has a separate door with a lock. The sofa folds out into a bed, so if the person in the bedroom locks the door, the sofa sleeping person is also locked out of the bathroom.
The bathroom is a bit awkward, at least in room 210. If the door opened out instead of in, it would be more functional. The door opens in and the toilet is right there. The toilet is so close to the door that leaving the door open is uncomfortable for a person of average height. The door is right up against your knee, and you have to sit there wondering if the cleaning staff wipes down the entire door as part of their regimen. It's also a tad off-putting to be lying on the luxurious king-size bed and staring directly at the toilet if you sleep on your right side. I don't know how the room is "wired" but moving the bed to the tv wall (and making the bathroom door swing out) would be much more appealing.
There was not a bug in sight until about 5 a.m. when a wee roly poly somehow clumbered in to the bathroom. No cobwebs in sight. No traces or weird smells of other pests. When I say "clean", I mean the room was clean. There wasn't even dust on the light bulbs. In fact, I might have brought some in because I bring a box fan from the trunk of my car. 😄
You know how the coffee in the room isn't as good as the coffee in the lobby? Not this coffee. The regular roast is by Cattle Creek, and it has a great flavor and is strong enough to wake up to.
The internet never failed. My husband and I both have multiple (6) devices that require internet, and the wifi never slowed down here.
Breakfast is 6 a.m. to 9, and it definitely qualifies as a full breakfast. It didn't start until 6:45 though. If you leave here hungry, you're too picky. The selection at this Best Western Plus rivals some of the more pricey hotels that charge an extra $10 for the same thing that is free here. The dining area is a bit crowded with tables and chairs into a narrow, rectangular feel, and half of them are under the vent, but the area probably has to fit a certain amount of guests at once because there are a lot of rooms at this hotel. If you don't like it, Cracker Barrel is a 5 minute walk from the lobby doors. The lounge downstairs is very nice and comfortable, although I only used it a few minutes. The fitness center is really nice. I'm impressed. We didn't use the pool, but there were a few families down there who looked like they were having fun.
This place is a great value, right off the interstate, and lots of parking spots. And did I mention quiet? There are vehicles 24/7 out there, and we heard none of them. Overall, this was a great stay!

We just needed a simple room for a quick overnight trip. We got a king room with a fridge and microwave. Was plenty big enough for us and a playpen! Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! The staff was excellent and the breakfast was great! Will definitely be coming back!

Really like staying here! Extended stay for work and absolutely no problems.

Very clean and quiet, cleaning staff are amazing! Rooms are huge and the bed and pillows are top notch, and cheaper than the rest, and the free breakfast is top notch every morning, delicious food cooked fresh and none of that microwave stuff you get every else, and the place is really clean and the whitest linens and towels I ever seen in a motel, you won't wana leave... I'll definitely be back!

I travel about 40 weeks out of the year for work, so I've seen it all.

First and foremost, the front receptionist, Alizé, was absolutely awesome! She's super friendly and understanding. I was exhausted and she was so helpful. Brandon the next morning was equally friendly. The room was beautifully comfortable and homey (I wish this had been one of my longer stays). The only issue I had (and this was my own fault for oversleeping) was that I had to ask for a late checkout, and was granted an additional 30 minutes. While most places will do a bit more, I understand. However, before 11:00, I was in the restroom and housekeeping tried to come in the room. I didn't hear a knock so I can't be certain, but I definitely heard the door slam against the latch (that I had thankfully used this time). Five minutes later, as I was dressing, it happened again. The phone started ringing and before I could get to it, it stopped. I called the front and asked if I was not supposed to have the additional 30 minutes, and he assured me I was fine. Possibly a lack in communication to housekeeping, but nevertheless I was shaken up for a while.

This is a gorgeous and accommodating place that I would love to stay at again... But I wouldn't ask for a late checkout and would definitely make sure the latch was used.

Everything from the amazing staff, good prices, very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and nice little pool made the stay very enjoyable. If we ever need somewhere to stay again, it will be here!

Nice, clean hotel with pleasant staff. We had a problem with the sink in our first room and they upgraded us immediately. I needed a hairdryer and our room didn’t have one, manager brought one up herself. Breakfast was nice too.

Perfect hotel for a 1 night stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Customer Service exceeds expectations. King size bed is amazing comfortable. The lady who cleans my area is very sweet and does a good job cleaning the rooms in her section and taking care of guests who stay more than a day. Bring your own toilet paper if you like the softer side of things though 🤣

I had the great pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus in Jonesboro, AR. for a couple of days and it was wonderful. It was the day before and day of Thanksgiving. That is a particularly busy travel time and that meant the management and staff had to work the busy holiday. And the were fantastic. Always friendly whether getting us checked in or the really impressive complimentary breakfast.

The hotel has a fitness center. A really nice looking pool, but it is located outdoors. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast. The hotel also offers a washer and dryer which is a great option when you have to spend multiple weeks on the road. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Again, a big thanks to the staff and management for making my stay through the Thanksgiving Holiday so cool. All the best.

We stayed overnight on our way through. Super friendly gal at the checkin. The room was clean and comfortable. A/C worked great - important since it was over 100°! Restaurants close by. We’d stay again!

The front desk guy is awesome, along with the very nice staff workers. We just loved the front desk guy who was more than helpful and accommodating. He needs a raise or a big bonus, for sure. The rooms are clean and nice. The biggest room they have is amazing!! Great place to stay 100%!!

I stayed here tonight and I absolutely loved it! Very friendly employee and fast check in! Super clean lobby and hotel overall. Took no time at all and were told all rules beforehand. Came in my suite and it looked exactly like online! Very clean, warm, comfortable bed and real cable TV. 5 stars for me
