Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I came in to get some Ice cream and they had it in the freezer full stocked so I got my two boxes 🎁

I don't know if this location is under new ownership, but it has greatly improved! Fast, hot food and cold, delicious ice cream. The employees working the drive through are super nice. Whatever change happened here recently is huge! Thank you for the improvements!

with inflation food is not as cheap as it once was. the layout getting in and out are a bit odd. but the food is good, the blizzards are great and the service is pretty fast and friendly. fast and friendly in food service seems a rarity nowadays.

This store always has friendly staff. They're young people, but they obviously receive customer service training.

The food was delicious morels and the cashier was very polite and honest

My bad habit of a pint of vanilla ice cream! Turns the grayest of skies blue, and I might add ( the smallest of us big and fat.)

New management has really improved this place. After years of subpar food and decent service I was not expecting too much after their re-opening, but I'm pleasantly surprised and I'm definitely more likely to stop by for food at this location. Just hope they continue to do well and wishing for slightly extended hours!

We had totally given up on this location. It was always closed early, the inside hadn't been opened since covid (understandable), and the line took forever. Prior to covid tbe floors were always sticky and the inside just felt gross. I think they may have gone under new ownership recently, we noticed some upgrades happening, and now the lobby is reopen. It is so much better! Service was fast and super friendly, lobby is clean. We are excited to have our after school treat place back!

This place always makes the best food and the employees are great people here very hard working and deal with the lunch rush with ease

The service was incredibly fast. I thought that I was going to be waiting all day for food given how many people there were the day of writing this.

Food was about as I had expected. Typical fast food. Decent for the price but nothing spectacular, I will say, however their ice cream is really good; as it should be, given their name and specialty. I would definitely recommend their mint flavored ice cream, it's quite good! Even if I'm a bit biased.

Best DQ around. They are so nice here. They remember customers and genuinely ask how you have been. Love the girls and guys that work here. I won't go to another Dairy Queen. This place is the best!!

Went when it was very busy! The man on the register was overly polite and apologized multiple times for our wait. Even got me a water at the window, even though I forgot to order it ahead of time . We got this young mans name in order to write him a great review. Said his name was Peter. I would describe Peter as a sweetheart, chivalrous, and an overall delight to the Dairy Queen franchise! This man truly deserves a raise for his excellence in customer service as well as his knowledge on the business. Even though he was wearing a mask, I knew he was smiling!! Give this man a raise!!!

The Staff was amazing at this location! Had an exceptional experience with their customer service! Their food and dairy products are most excellent as always! Their expertise in the culinary arts was exceptional! My experience was only diminished by the lack of ambience in this location due to the dining room lighting.....I came to savor my ice cream...but it was so bright in this location that I could dissect said ice cream down to its molecular structure. I yearn for the days of old when one could enjoy the DQ braizer experience without feeling like you are dining on the surface of the sun. With that being said, if you want great food and amazing customer service this is the place to go! If you're suffering from jaundice it will be gone after you dine under the lighting in the dining room.

The employees at this Dairy Queen are always so nice! I don't know if it's their training, or just that they hire good kids, but we have never had anything but a pleasant experience at this location. Keep up the good work!

I like Dairy Queen. Decent burgers for a fast food spot. This location is clean, and the employees are nice.

Super friendly and helpful employees. The manager helped me pick out an ice cream cake for my girlfriend's birthday and only needed 24 hoes notice for it. I thought I waited too long to have it in time

I actually am partial to Dairy Queen in general. However, this one is excellent. Their service is excellent and the ice cream treats are always prepared just right. Their ice cream cakes are wonderful.
