Adorable little bakery! I picked up a ready made strawberry cake. I did not have them write on it, though their displayed work was immaculate. The cake was good. It was moist and soft but tasted only vaguely of strawberry. It tasted like fresh strawberry was used in the mix, because there was a lot of moisture in the cake. The frosting was a creamy buttercream. If you let the cake come to room temp you can taste the quality butter used and it is sublime. Overall a good place for a quick cake.

We are so happy we went with the Cakery for our wedding cake. They were professional, transparent with pricing, and the communication was smooth. I sent them inspiration pictures for our wedding cake and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We went with yellow wedding cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and it was delicious!

This is the best cake I have ever eaten. We taste tested multiple different places in the area when we were trying to find our wedding cake. Once we taste tested the Cakery, we were blown away! They have so many basic and premium options to choose from regarding the fillings, frostings, cake flavors, and more. You can’t go wrong with any of their flavors, as we tried several. We ended up getting a strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream, and we did a rum cake with coconut buttercream. Our next favorite would probably be the French vanilla cake. We plan to go to them for all our cake needs here on out!

Great does not sufficiently describe the quality of the cake we ordered from The Cakery! I ordered a 2 tiered baby shower cake with chocolate cake/chocolate ganache top layer and vanilla cake/raspberry filling bottom layer. From the time I placed my order, they communicated with me via email about every detail. I sent them a picture I found and they absolutely nailed it! Also, when I entered the store, I was very impressed with the how spotless their establishment was. I will definitely be recommending The Cakery to my friends and family! Thank you!

I hired the Cakery for my wedding cake, but truly they've been our favorite cake in town for YEARS. We get them for every birthday and sometimes just for fun. Best cake ever, full stop.

This was the easiest decision we made while wedding planning because the taste of their cake doesn’t even compare to others (and trust us, we tried lots of cake). Texture is perfect, fillings are delicious and of course it was beautiful. Being able to rent a cake stand and have them deliver was just the icing on top.

The Cakery Bakery is delicious! We hired them for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park! The cake was beautiful and delicious. We also had a cupcake bar and everyone loved it! The pumpkin cupcakes were a hit. We worked with Megan and she did a great job with the planning process. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend choosing Cakery Bakery to be apart of your wedding day!

I am so unbelievably impressed with the Cakery and how they did my son's birthday cake. Their prices are very reasonable and the taste was delicious. Everyone raved about the cake and we had PLENTY to go around. Thank you for all of your help on making this party a success!!

I admit, I have only had their “cake in a cup“, but it is totally fantastic!

Rather than tossing the scraps and extra pieces of their “fancy cakes“, they put them in a cup with icing and more cake, and it’s heavenly.

The cake is always moist and tasty, and of course the icing is the bomb.

I normally just get the vanilla, but call them, because sometimes they have three or four other flavors besides their normal white, golden vanilla and chocolate.

The price for this cup is very reasonable, and unless you are really depressed, you can share this large container with somebody else. 😊

DELICIOUS! cakes and cookies. I highly recommend it. What a place 👏 . They take orders for and make many varieties of cakes and cookies. They can make wedding cakes, specialty cakes and cookies. You can order and pay online - you need to do this to see all the varieties and the decorations. They don'tdisappoint. I had the devils food cake, and it's so delicious and moist. It's so much better than the grocery store or big box store cakes. We placed a large order for our non-profit, and we were not disappointed. Also, the French vanilla cake is quite delicious as well. They offer cake samples and cookies for sale for a walk-in customer. Good way to test the flavors.

We served The Cakery's strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream at our wedding reception this past weekend, and our guests are still raving about it! We also had a small 2-tier cake to cut, and it was perfectly adorned with fresh flowers, exactly as I imagined and described. We're so happy we chose The Cakery for our most special day and would recommend them in a heartbeat! :)

Every time I order from here it is unbelievable! I have learned to bake. They do as good a job or better than anything I have ever had!

The Cakery is the best bakery in St. Louis (or dare I say best in the world). We've had Cakery birthday cakes for years, and they recently created our Wedding Cake which was the most beautiful and delicious cake we've ever seen! It was everything. Ericka and her team are SO friendly, knowledgable, and all around amazing. Do yourself a favor and order a cake asap! :) French vanilla is our favorite - its flavor is unmatched.

Got my wedding cake from The Cakery and it was a hit! We did the tasting and decided on the perfect cake flavor and icing flavor. The style and taste was amazing. They were so sweet and super responsive to any questions that i had. Anytime i need a cake i will be sure to go here or recommend to my friends. All the people at my wedding keep telling me how great our cake was! My husband hates sweets but loved our wedding cake!

Omg! Talk about a dream wedding cake! The Cakery Bakery won me over from their delicious cakes, but I cannot believe that was combined with the most beautiful cake! They worked with me through several emails to deliver such a beautiful and delicious outcome. Cannot recommended them enough!!

Communicative, flexible when I needed to make last minute changes to my wedding cake, and delivered early! We had a couple wedding cake tastings and The Cakery beat them all, and our guests agreed. Absolutely no regrets and will be ordering from them in the future 😊

The Cakery provided our wedding cake recently. Communication leading up to the event was stellar. The cake was absolutely perfect. Elegant and delicious.

Used for our wedding and got SO many compliments! (We had french vanilla cake with raspberry jam, and chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting). Communication was quick, and cake was ready on time for smooth pick-up.

We hired The Cakery for our wedding cake and we could't be more happy! It was delicious and beautiful and the customer service experience was amazing! We had to postponed our wedding twice and they were so accommodating every time. Even pre-pandemic, the at home cake tasting option was amazing! Originally, I wanted a simple white cake, but then I changed to something more fun and I'm so happy that I did - it was amazing, totally our style, and I miss it so much! I never thought I'd care about the cake, but The Cakery made it one of my favorite parts of our wedding! Note to self - a sprinkle cake is harder to cut into than anticipated! Haha, but well worth it!

Ordered a cake online at the last minute before my son’s birthday. The online ordering was super easy. Our cake was personalized and ready the next day. It looked great.
And, oh my, the cake tasted so good. Complete winner!

I tried the Cake in a cup. The cake was really moist and full of flavor. The buttercream icing did not overwhelm the cake and was evenly balanced. The shop is very quaint and the staff was friendly.
