Eric was a delight to work with. He was dispatched to do 2 service request but ended up with 4. Did not make excuses but rather was willing to do the job wholeheartedly.

I gave a 5-star rating and that goes for Eric! He is a 5-star technician!

Justus was amazing. He explained everything to the point of understanding. He was able to answer all of my questions and even explained the benefits of the membership. Due to my work schedule I had to make sure I was home before his arrival and he arrived at the time I specified that was after I got home. He was even willing to squeeze me in this weekend, I’m not able to get the service done this week, but it was super sweet and courteous of him to offer. Showed me the estimate of what I need done on the spot. He was professional and nice. I absolutely love that he took the time to chat with me about other things besides plumbing. He’s such a sweetheart. I can’t wait for my plumbing items to get fixed. It’s a bummer about my ice maker not being hooked up to the water line but he gave me two options to get this fixed and was very clear about how it would be done. THANK YOU SO MUCH JUSTUS! I look forward to working with you.

I have used 5 or 6 different plumbing companies in the Portland area and worked with over a dozen different plumbers - Tristan and Steve at Apollo Plumbing are the best I have ever worked with. They are courteous, communicative, and thorough. They do really clean, professional work and keep the area nice and tidy. They spent a lot of time at my property troubleshooting some noises in my plumbing and went above and beyond what I would expect from a standard job with a plumber. The new tankless water heater they installed is amazing and I highly recommend this company and especially Tristan and Steve.

Monday:
Our tech was on time and professional. Only gave them 4 stars because we couldn’t get the work performed today due to a supply issue. However, I will re-visit this review once the job is executed.

Tuesday:
Our tech, Jonathan Rowlett showed up today and explained the job again, walking me through everything before he started. It was a smooth install and he checked in frequently to advise us and involved us in bleeding the lines. As all projects go, unforeseen circumstances dictated a trip to the hardware store, but he stayed with it and worked late on Halloween night. Everything was solidly executed and we had hot water before he was even done packing up his tools. I would recommend them if price isn’t an issue for you. We paid for quality and we got it.

Eric B was so funny, respectful and knowledgeable… He even did extra and made my tub drain faster! Knew exactly what was wrong fixed it in a very quick time. I give him 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

Had a leak coming out of both sides of the kitchen sink. I knew this was something I couldn’t fix on my own and I dreaded calling a plumber because last time I used another company (that shall remain nameless) they catastrophized my situation and tried to get me to spend $35k. Luckily this was not the case with Apollo. I got an appointment within 24 hours. The technician, Eric B, was super friendly never made me feel like I needed to purchase a service if I didn’t want to, which goes a long way in customer service. He was super friendly he was super quick fixing my sink just in time for the holiday weekend. He used booties inside my house and cleaned up his area when he was done. I highly recommend these guys. Especially Eric! This man deserved a nice all expenses paid vacation…. And a raise! Drains are gross yet he was kind and courteous and had a smile on his face the entire time.

I recently contacted Apollo Plumbing to correct a bit of shoddy work done by the original home builder which resulted in a major leak in my crawlspace. I have known of Apollo for decades and decided to go with this company for their length of service and reputation. I was very glad I did. My experience was better than you can hope for considering the choices. Rob was my service technician and is without a doubt the nicest, most professional techs you could want to work on your home. He was very reassuring, happy to answer all my pesky technical questions, and his work is impeccable. The peace of mind after seeing the job done was priceless. Speaking of prices, I found the cost of this repair very reasonable. I give Apollo Plumbing my highest recommendation. Give them a call.

Eric Santiago was amazing! We had a pipe break under the house during a winter storm with 10° temps and very high winds. To my surprise, Apollo was able to send someone out the next morning (I know we weren't the only ones with burst pipes). Eric was extremely professional and courteous! He even called ahead of his arrival to let me know when he would be here. He got us back up and running in about 3 hours! Even though it was only 20° outside, extremely windy and he was probably very cold, he remained upbeat and very kind! Thank you so much Eric for the prompt and courteous service! I will definitely be calling Apollo again, if the need arises.

We had a pretty messy situation going on in the basement and Jim did a great job getting us fixed up. It turned out to be a bigger issue than a simple snake could fix so Jim brought back up the next day. Jim and Eric B used the jet the next day and all is now good to go. They showed up the same day we called and fixed the problem for what I feel was a reasonable price.

Mike was outstanding! He was meticulous in every way. He documents every aspect of the job through detailed notes and pictures. He still had me in his phone from a job he did years ago. He found the recent problem and it ended up being way more of a simple fix than I had anticipated. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and why. He referred me to people for the next step in cleaning up and sterilizing my basement from the flood we had. I just highly recommend them! Very professional. Their my permanent plumbers and HVAC go to now.

Apollo was fantastic. Totally professional from the first phone call to the final invoice. Becky quickly and accurately took notes of what needed to be repaired. Kurt arrived very timely and made the repairs. He even went beyond just the repairs and did some additional maintenance to better ensure longevity of the repair. Natalie was quick to communicate scheduling and when Kurt would arrive. If you need repairs or maintenance on home necessities, you absolutely will not regret going with Apollo Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.

Rob was pleasant, professional, competent, informative and exceptionally thorough in his work. Apollo may not be the cheapest plumbing service, but their rates are competitive and you get great value for money given the quality of the work and materials, plus the peace of mind knowing that they did a great job. They earned their 5 stars.

We have used Apollo’s services many times in the past and every time they have provided an incredible service. Eric Buckner arrived on time and he was quick, thorough and efficient! He made sure all our concerns were addressed before leaving. He is professional and skilled. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

Tristan from Apollo did an excellent job of upgrading our old failing water heater after providing education on all the various traditional and new options. We chose him because they beat the others in terms of cost, but more importantly they enjoy the work and provided lots of education that will save me time and money in the future. We had our hot water back online within 24hrs. We'll definitely be reaching back out when the AC decides to give up.

We wish we had known sooner how wonderful Apollo is. Talk about one for all kind of company and the expertise is spot on. Eric Buckner was timely , clean and his knowledge of the work we had done at our home was thorough . Simply stated it was the best service we have experienced. Thank you Apollo & Eric.

So far in the process, Tyler has been great. He was informative and knowledgeable, and quick to provide ballpark coating. When we decide on direction, I feel they could/would be a fantastic resource.
Now that the install is complete, these guys go outta their way to make sure it's done, and done right, staying late as needed. And they do a great job cleaning up after themselves, even after staying late to finish the install.

Had Apollo come and clear a backed up basement drain. Daylyn answered and was able to take my Information and get someone out same Day.

Devin arrived and was very professional assessing the situation and making the recommendation that would 100% fix the problem.

Awesome customer service from start to finish. Took a 2 day problem that I tried fixing myself and had it taken care of in two hours. Reasonable price for the work that was done.
