I love the fact I could talk to a real person to make my reservation. Super busy place, didn't receive calls back when I left a message, best to call in the morning. Friendly, caring staff. Our room was very clean, housekeeping is currently understaffed, but doing a fantastic job and courteous. The location is excellent, a short indoor walk to the theater, bar, walk up cafe', and Casino gaming. Our room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and table seating.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and conveniently attached to the casino. We had a 2 queen room and it was cheaper than any other hotel in town, even cheaper if you book online, I used Expedia. Beds were comfortable, free wifi and cable TV. The pool and hot tub was fun, they even have a sauna room! Gym room was big, game room was being remodeled so we didn't get to utilize that. We had a great time!

Very friendly, well run and very clean. We had an unexpected issue with our vehicle while we were there. The staff was so helpful in directing us to the best local people to do a tow and quick repair. They were also very accommodating with extending our stay for a half day. Additionally, when my husband made our reservation he listed our two teens as adults, during the arrangements for extending a partial day, the front desk caught that we were charged as 4 adults and revised our charge, to a lower rate, for two adults and two children. We will definitely plan on staying again.

I love staying in the hotel because the pool, casino, restaurants, bars and hotel are all connected so it’s like staying in a little resort, UP style! I pack summer clothes even in February because you never have to go outside till you leave. The rooms are so clean and very affordable, especially on weekdays. It’s nice that you can see the different packages they have, like stay and play or the tour packages when you book on their website. They also have military rates. I can’t wait to see what the pool looks like when they’re done remodeling/upgrading it. They said it should be reopened in December 2021. Masks are currently required in the building, which I like.

Clean hotel following all Covid recommended sanitizing steps and requires patrons to check temperatures upon every entrance to the building as well as face masks. Only negative is that the pool is closed as a step to help them stay open during the pandemic

It's super clean both in the hotel and casino. I've actually never seen a casino so clean. Wait staff was attentive with co ktail service.
