Great service and nice staff. I was almost stranded today when I was going back home from Memphis, TN, with about 150 miles left in my journey, due to a leak in one of my tires. I searched for tire shops near me and the top suggestion was the Tire Engineers. I didn’t regret going there because they put my concerns as a customer at the forefront of their service. I came in this morning to get a oil change and the employees were very nice and they also checked other things on my car and had to get a new tire because I was heading out of town. This is the nicest place I have visited since I been doing business with this company for years. I recommend this location to anybody they are very nice and kind I will come back in the future....

Heaven is an amazing manager alongside her employee's Veni, Dany, & Stephen. They're always so helpful and kind. I would recommend Tire Engineers to anyone as they truly care for their customers and are very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work you guys because y'all rock!!

The Benton, Arkansas location has always been very honest and good about taking care of our vehicles. David and Heaven have been great to work with anytime I need work done on a vehicle.

I have been going to Tire Engineers for about a year now for all of my maintenance needs. They are always honest and never try to upcharge me. The ONE time I needed something more than the service requested, they showed me the issue and even advised that it wasn't a dire repair but they could do it same day if I wanted. Though I usually speak to Heaven (she's very sweet and knowledgeable) the entire crew is great. They will have my business for years to come.

My husband went there today to get his battery changed. We had a price quoted a couple of weeks ago and the worker was filling in there and didn’t include the labor. The owner honored the price we were quoted. We couldn’t ask for better service or more honest people.

Can’t recommend this place enough! I had a blowout on a tire and was telling my barber how much I was dreading going to Firestone to get it replaced, so he suggested I try Tire Engineers instead. So glad he made the suggestion! Heaven was very professional and friendly, and the process of getting my tire replaced was quick, reasonably priced and easy. Thanks guys! I hope I don’t have another blowout anytime soon, but if I do I know where to go now.

They work with me and ordered the parts to fix it. So far everything looks better.
