Metropolitan Pediatrics: Bridgeport

We have been going to Metropolitan pediatrics for more than 3 years now. Everything and everyone has been great. Getting same day emergency appointments was also very easy. The best part of our experience was Dr. D'Souza. He is the best, very patient and gives us enough time every time we are there with our little one. If we were not moving he would have been my child's doctor forever. A big thank you to Dr. D'Souza!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us checked in quickly and promptly no long lines or waiting.
We were called back 10 minutes after our appointment time which to me is a very understandable wait time as the nurse checked my two kids in to see their doctor she was very friendly and also apologetic about our wait time being called back in response I told her it was understandable and no problem. She had a great attitude and outstanding patient care and support. Seeing my kid’s doctor was as always. That is why when she left the Gresham clinic we followed her here she has been the only doctor that has been caring for our children from birth. She is outstanding with our kids caring and helpful and I feel she cares and treats our kids like they were hers I could never imagine finding anyone better than her to care for our kids. We love Metropolitan Pediatrics! Especially Dr Moore and Princess! We have been seeing them since our oldest was born 4 years ago. They always go out of their way to ensure we have the best care. My boys just love them. Princess has the magic touch with shots too! Lori and Debbie at the front desk always know the boys and ensure they get their stickers. The Bridgeport location is the best but everyone at all their locations has always been amazing! Highly recommend them!

We love taking our two kids to Metro Pediatrics. All of the doctors have been wonderful, and we especially love Dr. Baynham. She always goes above and beyond to make our kids feel safe and comfortable during their visits. She is empathetic and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. We really appreciate the care that she has given us.

We love the quality of care and tenderness we are shown by Metropolitan pediatrics. Whether it’s our primary physician or somebody willing to come in to work on Sundays to help sick kids, we always leave better off than we arrived, knowing we’re in good hands.

Love the doctors there! Dr Malcolm is calm and knowledgeable. She explains things well and offers recommendations when needed. She does thorough exams and doesn’t seem rushed like other doctors. Highly recommend her!

We absolutely love Metro Pediatrics! Dr. Neil DeSouza is absolutely amazing. As new parents, he really takes the time to talk through all our questions and ease our fears. He truly cares about his patients and parents and takes the time needed to make families feel secure in their decisions and babies health. The rest of the staff is also amazing. It’s easy to get scheduled and get ahold of staff when needed and they are always compassionate and helpful. So happy we can count on a great team and have one less thing to worry about while navigating parenthood.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Moore is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. She patiently listens to my concerns and responds kindly with full of knowledge.

Everyone in the staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Malcom is amazing. Very patient an understanding. The kids and I had an enjoyable experience.

I brought my two year old here to establish care with Dr. Baynham after having a lackluster experience with the previous clinic (Family Medicine OHSU) and getting different health insurance. I am quite happy with the switch. Dr. Baynham was kind, professional, and excellent with my son - he absolutely loved her. After she left the room, he kept asking me where the doctor went and wanted to see her again. He did great with his shots too. Thank you to the medical assistant Savannah who helped him feel brave! The clinic was clean and child friendly. 10/10!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a pediatricians office. We got the the location at Beaverton, but due to my 2 yr old sons fear of doctors and shots, my doc suggested a do shots at this location. From the moment I called, they offered SO MUCH information and care to help my son. Then during the appt it was the best experience he and I’ve ever had. So much time was care was given. My son DIDNT realize he received a shot!! The perfect amount of distractions. He never even shed a tear. I asked why the Beaverton location didn’t do this and her response was “they do”. Oh no, they don’t. I don’t know why, but wow!! I’m so grateful this location does.if they were close enough, I would change to them permanently!

We have several kids with a wide age range. All of them like Dr. Moore. She’s playful and engaging with the little ones, very respectful, asks questions and listens to their answers. As the kids have grown, she’s increased their role in decision-making about their healthcare choices, which they really appreciate. We’re kind of amazed that they feel comfortable discussing honestly about cannabis, alcohol, anxiety, school motivation. She creates an atmosphere of trust, they understand that she can’t give them good care if she doesn’t have all the information.

Wonderful staff; front desk, nurses and pediatricians! Very cute office as well. As a brand new first time mom, I highly recommend this office!

I love it here so much! Everyone is always so pleasant and willing to help. Dr. Malcom in particular goes above and above and we are so thankful for her! So caring and compassionate and does such a great job of teaching and anticipating needs.

We love to work with Dr. Moore. She is extremely patient with every one of my questions and very passionate about the care of our baby. Clinic very clean. Their staff and nurses are professional and easy to communicate with.

We recently switched from Sunset pediatrics to Metro. Meeting Dr. Malcolm felt like I was catching up with an old friend. She is so caring and genuine and made my daughter feel so comfortable.

Dr. Malcom is bilingual and I love that my son can interact with his doctor. It will be 3 years this December since my son’s first visit and I have no complains.

Great doctor and staff that were able to address all my concerns and put great care into their work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pediatricians office that can grow with the needs of their kids.
