I was there and seen Jessica,, she is the greatest, and the people are so nice and friendly and fast service... would recommend

I always have a pleasant and reassuring experience at this clinic by knowing Natalie H., Lucy, Santana, and Tracey provide great patient care by showing they care by taking the time to listen and answer any questions, being thorough with many aspects of providing the best health care to their patients.
The receptionists and the lab technician are pleasant as well.

Jessica is my long time doctor and she can always be trusted by me to figure out and fix any and everything from big to small....I am such an odd patient Lol I hurt myself or have the dumbest things happen constantly and high anxiety yet she calms and solves anything thrown her way and I'm very very thankful, without her I think I would be hospitalized half the time and too scared to even get treated the other half haha.... She's my guardian angel without a doubt 💯

Dr. Jessica is great takes time to get to know you and addresses your concerns

My wife goes to Conway medical center for medical Care. It's good to have a Conway clinic in town. But you have to have an appointment, they don't take walk-ins.

N. Hill and Lucy are the greatest. Are a 10. Great clinic. Is a 10. Phone system needs help, it's a 3.

The way the billing is done is terrible

I went to the after hours clinic with a fever and they did not do anything for me. I waited a long time in the waiting room and in the office when it appeared I was the only one there. The nurse acted shocked when she took my temperature and had a 101 fever. They swabbed my nose and said they’d call me with the results. They never did call. I called twice that night and they only answered one time to say the tests were not ready yet. I checked the patient portal and everything they tested for said negative. I went to another urgent care two days later and it turns out I have the flu. The whole experience at this place left a bad taste in my mouth. The front desk ladies were not friendly, the nurse was not friendly, and the physician did not help me when I was very sick. Definitely not a good experience.

Have tried for months to get in touch with billing to ask a couple of questions about charges that don't seem right. I haven't been able to get through to a person once. I have called on 5 separate occasions and left 2 voicemails. Ended up having to decide between driving to Conway to talk to billing department, letting them send to collection(not an option), or just paying it and finding another doctor. I picked the latter.

I don’t want to leave Dr. Walker but I can’t handle his staff not following through on medicine refill orders and the lack of simple customer service to walk 30feet and ask a question. Complete unwillingness to walk down the hall and get confirmation my anxiety medicine now multiple days late would get filled. And mind you I’m not supposed to be off the medicine even 1 day much less multiple. And then when I finally refused to get off the phone till I got confirmation my medicine would be sent to the pharmacy the nurse got rude and refused to accept any semblance of responsibility that my medicine was not recorded for constant refill like it should have and then started defending the absolute horrible customer service from the front desk. To Dr. Walker, I’m sorry to find a new pcp but I’m not dealing with the unprofessionalism of the support staff.
