The crew need to pay attention to what they are putting in customers bags I bought a double double cheese burger large fries and 6 nuggets
I got 10 chicken nuggets med fries that was not what I asked for I was on the road and had to go we were traveling so I
didnt get to check it i was so disappointed in McDonald's

The guys and gals there are nice every time I go through. I don't give an attitude because they work hard and are nice people. Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to, the people alone make it better.

The overnight crew at n Arkansas are friendly and my mind is blown at how fresh and consistent they are for a fast food joint. I drive past Dardanelle McDonald's with no line to visit. Keep up the good work.

By far the best management personnel! Alena, manager on lunch shift went above and beyond for her customer today when she did not have to. She helped me with card transaction and was super nice when I called to catch her name because I didn’t get it when I was in the drive thru. She knew the trouble I was having with my card and threw in a large fry that she didn’t have to. I really do appreciate that and thank you!

Very busy for a Holiday Monday but the service was great.

Fast easy not super busy

We had some sausage biscuits and hash browns. We also got LG coffees, because our hotel didn't have coffee.

People hardly EVER spend just 10 mins here, it's more like 20 to 30, first of all, and then, the app never says if they are out of something, only taking cash, or something like that, so by the time u get to the speaker, ur already irritated just to find out they can't do it or cant take ur card??!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!

Almost always the best McDonald's to go to out of the two in town. They seem to be managed much better. I have gotten to where I use the app to order the majority of the time and I feel like I always get my order in a timely fashion as well as accurate. They have 6 spots to park for mobile order pick up.

My family and I stopped here on our way to Fayetteville for drinks and a snack. The service was phenomenal. Compared to Shreveport, where we live, this McDonald's blew every other McDonald's out of the water. The staff was quick and courteous and went above and beyond to help. There were no mistakes with our order. Everything was clean and shining, and the owner was there inspecting the cleanliness herself. I can't say enough good things.

The over night crew on this street everytime is great. They dont say much but the food always speaks for itself. I appreciate their work.

There chicken nuggets are good also there hamburgers they be the best i recommend frappe caramel with chicken nuggets!

I love this McDonald's!!! My burgers are never just thrown together like most other places and I never wait too long in the drive thru and the inside I always nice and clean!!! My children even love this McDonald's and they aren't big on eating out in fast food places but this one is always a go to for them!!!

Awesome staff...nice as can be and the food can't be beat try the mocha frappe it's yummy👍😸🙂

Today I had a Mc chicken sandwich. It was much bigger than I remember and so juicy honestly, I never would have filled out a survey before but this sandwich was worth it. Thank you very much the cleanliness was notable too!

It was less crowded Which To Me That's very comfortable And The Food was more Affordable For Me And My Lady We Had A good Exsperience There. Sitting At nice table Inside For The Disabled with A surface of multi colors,

I make sure i try my drink everytime before I leave the drive through lol but they haven't screwed up in a long time!!!

This is a Good Mc Donald's ,even for being neat a College Campus. Also having contraction going on . I ordered 2 sausage ,egg and cheese MC Griddle s and a coke. The girl who took my money was polite courtiouse leaves you with a feeling of peace. The grill who was to give me my food was smiling but genuine down to earth. She told me politely,that I wasn't going to like her that they just had put more sausage on and would be just a few minutes. She asked me to pull to reserve 2. This was ok with me since means they would be nice a hot and fresh. I pulled over and was playing a game on my phone. Started taking quit a bit of time I was getting slightly earitated. When one the Servers walked up with my food. She Appoligized for the Waite also let me know her Manager wanted me to know he was sorry for my inconvenience and handy me a complimentary card for free meal( wish could read Managers name) These people provide excellent customer service. This is the Mc Donald's on Arkansas Ave Russellville,Ar. Today date is 12/5/2017 and visit was between 11 Am - 12 PM. Please give my Kudos to these people for a Job well done
