Game X Change of Russellville

I love this place. Way better than gamestop. Every experience i’ve had here has always been great. First time I went was in 2016 or 2017. Just went back yesterday and I loved the screen were you place the order so you dont have to look for the game , instead the selection is right in front of you! Also the sound it makes when you place the order was super groovy lol

Definitely the best GameXChange in Arkansas. Locally owned and the staff are well versed in their video game knowledge. Definitely one of the most at home game stores I've been too. They have a kiosk of all their games since all the games are behind the counter. Definitely an unique gaming experience!

I love this place! They have a good selection of video games and movies! I especially love their “buy 3 retro games, get 1 free” deal. I am constantly buying stuff from them because of this deal. So glad they brought it back. And I love their staff. Always friendly and helpful.

Though... not sure why they have a section in a video game store dedicated to romance novels???

I go in here a lot and everyone is really nice and helpful. They'll do everything they can to help me find a game that meets my needs if I ask them to. I'm in to all categories of games. The owner is really nice. Even let me sample some of their Japanese candy! Great atmosphere and great people. I love their big selection of movies and games. I've never had a bad experience with this place. If I could review it with 10 stars or 50 I would.

They have a new computerized system where you go to a touchscreen to pick games and the staff go to the shelves and pick the game for you. You can also use the system online from home as well and you can buy a game online for store pickup. There are not many games and systems going around right now, but that's COVID's fault more than anything. Staff is great, the games come in really good condition and the prices are very good.

Man was generally friendly! Held good conversation and had some video game knowledge. Do not however like the new layout but it isnt a deal breaker! Recommend a list of games to look at.

Still just as great as they've always been! The new location is great for them! The people are always very friendly and helpful. And it's a great family atmosphere! I'm glad it's a family owned store! Also very reasonable prices

Friendly people that actually will actually take time trying to help and work with you with you so that you get whatever it was you came in there for whether it be buying or selling they don't just make quick snappy Decisions just to hurry you along good people even better service

We love going here as a family to shop for games. My kids love the candy selection, especially the items from Japan. Have always received friendly, helpful service and quality products.

Game X Change in Russellville is a great place to do business. Took my son in there and the staff was quite helpful and knowledgeable. One staff member, Francis, was very helpful and engaging. He spoke with my son about games and I could tell the discussion was between two gamers who knew the intricacies of games (far more than I did). Francis helped us make a good choice.

The guys that work here are amazing. They will spend as much time as you could possibly need solving problems of all kinds. They also are extremely fair with their trade-in prices and take even the most obscure accessories for consoles and handhelds. Top notch business.

I'm proud to say that this is the best Game X Change I've ever personally been to. I've met the owner of the DeLorean and he's just an all-around cool guy to talk to. I could easily spend an hour looking at all the cool accessories that I never even knew existed, they even had a VGA adapter for my Dreamcast, how cool is that? I never leave without some japanese candy. I'm always looking forward to my next visit, their retail environment should be the benchmark for all Game X Change locations. My only complaint is that I miss the Dance Dance Revolution machine, but mostly because it was the best-kept machine in the state of Arkansas for a very long time.

Good selection and a locally owned business will always get my support. They even have unique items that you cannot find otherwise. Very friendly staff that is always willing to help you find what you are looking for or point you in the right direction.

Other than being very very busy at the time of my visit I do have to give them high Mark's for having perhaps one of if not THE most obscure item that exists which was an a USB wi-fi antenna for an Xbox 360.
