I had the salad bar. Everything was fresh and the temperatures of the food were perfect. My mother had the steak tips that were cooked perfectly. The server was amazing. She was super sweet. Wish I could remember her name.

The food was very good. The service was excellent. our server was very friendly and active, not only taking care of the customers, He also helped out his co-workers.

Great food variety, reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Great hot and cold food buffet and steaks

Absolutely wonderful service, clean and food was great, everything from the steak to the sweet potato fries and all in between we were given our drink by Trinity who was super sweet and we were served by Megan I honestly didn’t think they made servers like this anymore in this day!! They were amazing you can tell the place is managed by and run by people that still care, have great work ethic and morals! Did I mention how clean the place was all of this in one handbag is such a rarity we will definitely be back! But really glad we dont have one in our town because my husband would weigh 600lbs!

We no longer have a WS in our town and it's really missed so if I see one while on a road trip we have to check it out. The tips with peppers and onions were just as good as I remembered and happened to be the special.Dont forget the dessert bar!

I hadn't been to a restaurant with a buffet that hadn't shortened the bar and had servers since prelockdown. This display was wonderful!! Even limiting myself to rwo bites, two plates wouldn't hold all the entries they were serving that I like. And I had to go back for seconds on the coconut popcorn shrimp. I knew prices were going up everywhere but I had just spent 3 days in Hot Springs and was suffering from sticker shock. It was so nice to see the price on the senior buffet, then to find good plentiful food on the bar, at the correct tempuratures even though it was near 8 pm on a Saturday... It was a blessing and I will be returning.

I can't brag on the waitress enough Montgomery was friendly and kept our drink full. The food was great

The food was excellent and the customer service was great. We got the buffet, so there wasn't much for the server to do, but she did check on us frequently and removed our dirty plates after each trip to the buffet. She also kept our beverages filled. We will definitely be returning.

This location has recently become a family favorite of our's and we very much enjoy eating here. The food is always excellent by us and the restaurant always seems clean. The last time we ate here our waitress, Gracen, did an outstanding job and we were very happy with our visit and plan to return soon.

Always great service and even better food. Our go-to for my family when we are in Russellville. We always get the buffet which runs about $50 for a family of 5. I've been about a dozen times over the past year, and the food has always been hot and fresh. Has always been a very quiet, and peaceful atmosphere.

Our family of six came in to dine at the Russellville Arkansas Restaurant. We hadn't been to a Sizzlin in many years, our last was the one in Lebanon Missouri (which burnt down). We were expecting to be seated and served, instead we made our order at the counter and seated ourselves. Then met our server. The experience was very different than used to. I gave 5 stars because over all, the food was great and exactly what we wanted. We ordered 4 buffets and 2 menu orders. Our server was a very nice gentleman named Dylon. As a retired Service manager, I look for certain aspects in a server, such as prompt regular refills, and several dish pick ups. (The 5 steps to service). Dylon checked on us more than enough times, and kept up with our dishes and refills exactly like a server should! He was wonderful! He made sure everything was exactly how it was supposed to be, including fresh hot coffee, and sauces for our meals.. I would definitely recommend this establishment; and ask for Dylon. You'll be satisfied.
