Swift Transportation - Troutdale Terminal

Great place to park and catch up on your reset. There is no food truck or restaurant nearby like some other terminals have. I get really bad allergies in certain places. Whenever I'm here, I don't have to take my allergy pills. The showers could be cleaned more often, and at least one shower is clogged just enough so that the water doesn't go down the drain fast enough. Besides that, it's a great place to park and catch your reset.

Shop is only open Monday through Friday. Clean laundry room with wash basin and electronic card reader for washer and dryer payment available. Nice restrooms and clean private rooms with shower. Food available 24 hours on site, kitchen area and assorted hot coffees from vending machine. The driver's Lounge does not have cushioned lounge chairs only tables and hard plastic chairs. The place is always clean and there is a nice picnic table outside.

Good company, great employees/staff to work with.

This is a good place to come for a 10 hours break or 34 hrs break. I've came here for a truck inspection and they have a great shop with awesome mechanics. Dustin did a great job on my truck. They have clean showers, if you're a Swift driver I truly recommend this place to come.

Like all our other terminals, it's crowded with empty trailers. A wonderful safe haven for a 34.

When I arrived it was spacious, great terminal...showers look a lil rough, but that's a small thing to a giant! Like an android... it's not as good as the Iphone "supposedly" but it still does it's job. Snack area is bussin...everything is everything! Great visit.

Used to be home terminal, only switched because we got a dedicated account. I love this terminal, super dog friendly, staff are great, individual private showers with hot water. The school on the property is not a swift school, but they use swift equipment and im sure they hire the students from there. Bobtail parking can be tight on the weekends but it's a great terminal. No fuel or DEF. Nicely stocked drivers lounge, nice and quiet, close to food.

Okay, I'll admit. I'm more than a little biased towards this terminal because I'm based out of here. However, facts are facts. This lot ALWAYS has somewhere you can park your truck and/or trailer. It has the best showers of all the terminals I've been to. Byron (Safety) is someone you can tell really cares about the drivers and you can approach him in his office anytime when he's in (tends to be Monday through Friday during the day shift), and the planners and driver managers of whom there are too many to name them all in this review are great people who you can tell are on the same page as Byron. Driver lounge also has a fair amount of seating and decent accommodations. On the downside, the shop is a bit understaffed, so I don't necessarily recommend having them perform any real major work because it WILL take them a while. I also have not been able to locate the fuel island, assuming there even is one. 9 times out of 10, you will be routed to either the TA down the road or the TA in Aurora for fuel. All in all, though, this remains one of my personal favorite terminals to visit.

Not so huge but very well structured place, great driver's lounge with very neat showers and restrooms. Have manageable laundry as well as a SWIFT ACADEMY that trains new students to become professional truck drivers

Had to detour from my run to Seattle due to a bad battery.
They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 90 mins of arriving at the shop.👍👍
Had a great BBQ tonight and will still make final delivery at 6:30 a.m. tomarrow in Seattle

As far as Swift terminals are concerned, this is one of the best. Awesome showers, clean lounge and not to far from truck parking. A great terminal to stop at.

I love working at Swift. Great people to work with. The work is challenging. Excellent training program. If you're motivated, this is a great place to work. Lots of career opportunities!

Stopped there twice last two weeks ago is small place can’t asked too much, all I need to park the truck in the safe place rest and shower, now I am back in Eastern one day I be stopping Troutdale terminal.

One of my favorite terminals t. The people there are helpful and very friendly. Parking can be tough at times but worth the try.

This is the first time I have ever been here and I'm liking it so far 😊 it's one of those quite places that you can really sit back and relax

Check into shop cause had a few hours before my next trip n they help me get my truck in n out with plenty time for my appointment.. Thanks guys
