Just got off the phone with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful service technician. We are currently experiencing a blizzard, and thought we had a burst pipe. The tech walked us through the process of patching our issue, and restoring the water to the rest of our home. He also advised us with patience and kindness, and gave us a level of customer service that was greatly appreciated!

Vitality was very professional, friendly. Response time was great. We like that he showed us our leaky pipes. He did a great job. His assistant Eric was great too! Would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Amazing Customer Service!! Very professional, honest and friendly.
One of the pipes in my garage burst in the middle of this crazy weather with freezing rain. I was worried that the water that was coming out under pressure would also go into my crawl space and damage my foundation, so I started calling some of the plumbers who might possibly live in my area, because the roads might be already slippery by that time. 3 of the emergency plumbers answered my call but said they were all booked. I called Diligent Plumbing and left him a text and first thing in the morning he contacted me saying that he couldn't come to my house but that he could help me isolate the burst pipe and that he would call me immediately to help direct me on how to do it. I really appreciated the honesty and feeling of helping me with the problem, he could say the same thing as the others, "we have our schedule full" but he knew that it was not possible for him to drive on these slippery streets so, he texted me saying that it was not possible for him to come but that he was going to call me right away. He called me and walked me step by step on how to isolate the burst pipe so we could have water in the other areas of our house and be able to fix the problem as soon as the weather improves. I could see that he had a lot of knowledge in plumbing, he addressed me without being present and was able to tell me where to look for the valves that I should close. I Definitely will recommend and hire Diligent Plumbing for my near future projects.

During the snow/wind storm we lost power. When it came back on and we returned home our hot water wasn't working. I called Diligent Plumbing and spoke with Vitaliy who gave some potential ideas to get it working. I plugged a space heater in near the water heater and we had hot water within 15 minutes! Thank you so much Vitaliy!!! I know who we will call if we ever need a plumber again.

I had issues with my kitchen drain. Called Diligent Pluming and Vitaliy showed up. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. His work was professional and had my problem drain repaired. We had our water main break while we were on vacation. This company was very responsive and helpful walking us through our options. Didn’t charge us to come out and take a look. Even gave us referrals to other companies that could help us if they couldn’t fix it, apparently they do PVC for water mains, not copper work. Very classy and would work with them again. 100%

I called Diligent Plumbing for my 80 year old father who had a leaky faucet. In this day and age it always blows me away when someone does what they say they are going to do, with kindness and professionalism. The process was fast and simple and I would definitely use Diligent again!

High quality work. Replaced hot water heater, shower fixtures and misc non-working valves. They needed to reroute and replace some of the plumbing. Ended up being better than original build. Many thanks.

At almost midnight, my bath faucet decided not to turn off and the water wasn’t draining. I called and he was at my house in like 20 minutes! He was able to fix my issue and gave me a year warranty! He is very professional and respected my home. I highly recommend this business for any issues day or night!

Vitaliy did a great job of replacing our toilet and fixing a shower faucet. His work was speedy, careful, clean, professional (and he was good company). Price was good. We couldn't be happier. Diligent Plumbing is now our go-to.

We had a dripping bath tub faucet we tried to repair on our own, but just couldn't get right. Aside from that, our water pressure was INSANELY high (120) and when we went to adjust it, noticed the reducer was rusted and broken- yikes! As new home owners, we were really at a loss of what to do.

I called quite a few companies in the area and most required a $100 fee just to come take a look and give an estimate. Aside from that, most reviews were not great AND my husband and I both work and NO major company was willing to come on a weekend for us. I would've had to take time off work to get an estimate.

I finally found Diligent Plumbing. Vitaliy was willing to come out to our place on a weekend, within just a few days and give a free estimate. When he arrived he was super nice and friendly. Gave us an estimate very quickly AND explained what was going on/what needed to happen in terms easy for us to understand. He had his nephew with him, who was the sweetest young guy and helped along in the process. He even caught something that wasn't up to code in our house and explained to us why we needed to fix it. Super impressive!

We asked Vitaliy numerous questions and he answered all of them very detailed. We ended up scheduling the work very quickly after that. On the day of the work, he was again, quick, informative and super friendly. The work was done quicker than expected which was a nice surprise. The bill was reasonable and it's been months since the work was done with 0 issues. Very happy customer! I recommend him to everyone now.
