Wiener Flower Shop

I'm know Valentines Day is very hectic for a florists and I placed my order the day before. I didn't think my wife would receive her flowers before her shift ended at 4.30 but luckily they arrived at 4.29 just in time. So I am not upset about that given the short notice.

What I am upset about is the false advertising. I even paid extra for the "Deluxe" size. The picture shows a much fuller bouquet of flowers vs what my wife received.

I'm not sure what happened. My guess is that when my order came in they didn't have time to prepare or ran out of flowers and pulled some from already finished bouquets.

I left a message yesterday when I was worried they wouldn't make it in time and haven't heard anything back. I'm sure it was all hands on deck yesterday and they were busy.

If management can call me to explain, apologize, give me a coupon, or partial refund due to their website deceiving me I will gladly change my review to 5 stars.

This flower shop is amazing! They did a wonderful job for Our Aunt’s funeral spray. We will definitely be using them again!
