Verizon

Had to visit here to have a new phone activated. I have had Verizon service for several years and I'm quite satisfied with their coverage. They are always helpful when needing technical issues addressed with my phone. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait for service but once you hook up with one of the representatives they are very attentive to solve your problems.

Outstanding service! Jake was super knowledgeable and friendly and really went of his way to make sure I left happy...and I did. I had to get an additional phone for work and I told him I didn't want to carry around 2 phones. He was able to get me into a new phone that has 2 sim cards so I can make and get calls from 2 separate numbers on 1 device. Thank you Jake! 🙏

Of course, I had to wait for other customers to be helped but that is usual. I thought if they take time to help others I will be treated with the same care. And I was so right. Chad was able to guide me to what I needed. And he was fun to talk to. I hope everyone could be so pleasant. But, I am very nice so I usually get treated politely. 😉

Customer service provided here was of the best we’ve experienced in a long time in any places. My wife always goes and deals with cell phone issues. She was busy today. Soooooo, I had to go. I have not dealt with it in 15 years. Anyway, I had great knowledgeable staff helping me with an old phone that made everything a challenge. They fixed me up and without making me feel like I hadn’t been in a phone store in 15 years. Great job.

Salvador was such a great help when my online order for pick up didn’t go as smoothly as I would have liked. He was patient and took care of everything to make sure I left happily with what I came in for. What a great store and great employees they have.

Went in to get wi-fi hotspot for business purposes. It didn't go as smooth as I would have wanted it to, but Michael was very attentive to the issues and kept me engaged, so overlooking the long time it was taking wasn't so bad with him keeping me talking. Michael is just the person you want to take of you if you have to visit this location. Z was also a great help to my experience. The business is now up and running with independent internet thanks to them. I'd suggest any other small business owners to look into this if they need it. It works amazingly!! Also please give Michael his Gold status. He definitely deserves it after resolving my issues :-)

Christy Wall is an amazing store manager who listens to people and deals with them fairly. She is a very accomplished young woman who wears responsibility well and is an asset to this business. I highly recommend that you visit her and her staff at this location!

Very helpful and got me set up with a new phone in short Time. Helped me take advantage of a couple of promotions to maximize my devices. The agent offered several protection accessories based on my obvious need. I walked out with a Fully protected phone and a great deal in an iPad.

Christy met me at the door, and took me to her desk while chatting with me to make me feel comfortable. She not only eliminated all my anxiety by replacing my defective SIM Card....but she also cut my monthly service bill in half with a new plan. I Iiked the service I received from her today!

Logan was great. My old phone was taking a very long time to transfer data and I was anxious to get back to my kids (middle school age). I left my phone with Logan and he kept me in the loop via email until I returned upon the completion of the download. Great experience.

We went in for new phones. Haley put up with all of our shenanigans and answered all of our questions. She was wonderful to work with and very helpful! Highly recommend!
