We had a bad wind and hail storm. Damage to multiple roofs. One call and that’s all! They had an adjuster come quickly. Check was issued to cover all our roof repairs. Shelter insurance is the best.

I've recently had to file two claims with them (two vehicles within two weeks!) and they each jumped through hoops to help me establish the claims, secure repair, obtain rental vehicles and assure me that everything will be ok. Their assistance and attention is and always has been phenomenal. I will never choose to use a different insurance agency or agent.

I switched to Matt Cooper Shelter Ins Agcy recently after being with FBIC for over a decade! And it was the best decision for my family and the savings we got was excellent. But the customer service and individual attention we receive from Matt and his office is priceless. I had my mother switch over as well and she’s also been pleased with their service and products. Matt and his coworkers go above and beyond to help their clients get the best rates possible along with the coverage they need. They are very friendly and they make you feel at home whenever you visit them in the office. They also use a nice online app to keep track of your policy’s and payments. Overall they are great to work with.

When our roof was heavily damaged in a storm in September 2020, all I had to do was make one phonecall. No hassle, no run around, no problems. Matt and Mellicent got it all taken care of for us.
