McDonald's

I have noticed typically the reviews have been bad for this location. I want to say however, this must have been a special day for my visit, because my visit was excellent. I was greeted with a smile and my order was correct and very timely. I am a senior and I was most surprised when the attendant took my tray and walked me to a table. She smiled, and said this is what we do. I was impressed and thought I would do a shout-out. Thank you and let's keep this going.

McDonald's been here for a long time since I was born the Moon Man commercial Happy Meal Redbox Double Arch Handel's toys come in a box no choice 50 Cent ice cream vanilla cone Ronald McDonald character in Air main spot areas now we have dollar menu arch sandwich Big Mac pound quarter cheeseburger McFlurry and often we'd book coffin add milk we all miss the playground with the balls and a twirly slide but as a growing suspect McDonald's is going good so we thanks the CEOs and the creativity for the long journey to fill my tummy yum yum I love it how y'all put the numbers where the meals can I be in a rush to get to where I'm going'' to all Mackin and stackin an all around world McDonald's is still number one fast food for crunching munching brunchin taste oh yeah can I get to cheeseburger no onions with 3 cookies and water my day me

There was an issue with my order and the manager Kevin took care of it in a professional manner. I wasn't asked to tell a story, provided the information surrounding the problem he handled it in two minutes and I left a forever customer when in the area.

My grand baby loves it.

Service was good, food was hot, and the large fries were actually large fries!

(Upgraded Review) STILL Friendly and Professional, AND timely. I was very impressed the manager actually showed consideration in not serving the soft drink that was not dispensing well. The food was terrific. Great fries. THANK YOU!!!

I left 1 hr early to get McDonald's and be on time. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru.
But I found out that only the manager was working. He was fulfilling on-line orders, taking drive-thru orders, cooking the food and working the cash register all by himself.
I left feeling very thankful for his dedication.

Fresh McChickens, and ice cold sweet tea, doesn't get much better than that for the price.

Its OK sometimes fast & sometimes a nice wait but you got to love McDonald's

This mc Donald is trash who they HECK excuse my language please young people but how leaves A STAW on the floor THEN 5 SECONDS LATER CLEANS IT UP LIKE WHATTTT!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Food was hot and fresh, service was fast and FRIENDLY unlike most.. I will confinue to go go this location when we crave mcdonalds 😁👍🏾

My order from the drive thru was a decent time before I received it....but the customer service was very good and pleasant.....I was impressed...

Beside the vast amount of people that come every morning and afternoon, the courtesy of the staff at McDonald's on Natural Bridge and Kingshighway is excellent. They always serve their food hot, fresh and with a smile. The environment and experience inside the restaurant is always Pleasant and the upkeep is professional.

The service was good

Food was made fresh (I can tell), my order was correct and the staff were friendly. Can't ask for more than that. 👍🏿

Just wanted to grab a sandwich and a soda. They were having a good deal. Was able to feed two for less than 20 dollars.

The service was pretty fast I ordered a mocha frappe and it was one of the best ones I've had from north to south St Louis

This location is a great friendly staff and very efficient service! Food is always hot and freshly prepared! Area is clean
