After initial push by the sales person to sign up I finally reached someone who came out and inspected my home. Instead of pushing a service that was unneeded, he honestly stated we had no pest problem.

Chris has always been kind, courteous, professional, caring and informative. I wish that all employees were as professional as him. He deserves a raise or praise for sure!

Terminix came back after our annual inspection and placed traps outside the house to insure no termite invasion. We have had good experiences with Terminix over the 32 years we have used them. We highly recommend them as they are quick to respond and take care of problems in a professional and thorough manner.

My Terminex technician, Gustavo, was GREAT! He notified me days in advance that he would be at my house to perform home inspection and treatment for pests. He arrived when he said he would, performed said treatment in a timely fashion and emailed a summary of visit afterwards. He was very polite and personable and I can't say enough good things about him! I look forward to his next visit!

It has only been a few days since their first visit and even with the rain I’ve seen a considerable decrease in wasps. Bryan is extremely kind and helpful, he has even scheduled a follow up appointment due to the fact he had to spray on a day when it was supposed to rain in the afternoon. Chuck also came out to calm my fears and inspect my home for termites. He was extremely kind and helpful just like Bryan.

Chris is awesome! He always calls to let us know when he will be bye. Chris always follows up to see how we are doing. You couldn’t ask for a better technician.
