AT&T Store

The young lady that helped me was awesome!!! (I will ask for her every time). She answered all my questions, went the extra mile to help me with unrelated (not what I went in for) issues I had. I never felt like I was wasting her time. And she never made me feel bad for taking her time.
We are missing this special customer care out there and she renewed my faith in the fact that there is still great customer care.

Nicole was awesome helping me get and set up my new phone! She made the experience quick and easy. Shoutout to Josh for also making turning my old phone back in super simple and easy. Other than that the store was super clean and they had lots of nice products. Thanks guys!

Russellville is a great AT&T store, employees are always helpful with great attitudes. They have resolved any issues I have had with a smile. Definitely recommend, Brent Huneycutt.

Came into this store for a billing issue, and left truly satisfied. Elvis and David M got My business account straightened out and got me savings on savings for days!!! This crew is stellar! If I ever drive by Russellville again; I am definitely stopping here and working with them!

Everyone there is very nice, always answers all my questions. Just recently added my mom to our plan it was quick and easy. She got a wireless charger that wasn’t working and took it back in. They did an exchange right then. Greeted her immediately. She was very impressed. Thanks for the great service

I bought 2 phones here and my experience was excellent. They were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend everyone to go there. FINALLY a great experience buying electronics..I'm sticking with AT&T just because of my experience buying there..Trying to figure out what I need next..THANKS Dustin and everyone there..Loved it. Nicole is the best rep by far! She has been extremely helpful and makes the phone buying process much easier to bare. Nicole makes what we want happen! I appreciate her making this process so smooth!

Came in for a new phone and with Dustin’s help, I was in and out in minutes. Unfortunately, when I tried to set up my new phone at home immediately afterward, I ran into an issue with my passcode and was locked out before I could even finish setting it up. I drove back to the store where Elvis and Dustin saved me a lot of trouble and frustration while also being very kind when I was clearly stressed about the situation. With their help and expertise, I was able to reset the new phone and take care of the problem. I have never had this fast or easy of an experience at an AT&T store in the past, so I will definitely be returning here when I need help in the future. Highly recommend this store and its staff!

My sister and I had a great experience at this AT&T! I was helped by Nikki and the manager Elvis! Her and I got an iphone 14 pro max and we came in the last hour before closing and they were very patient with us and answered every question we had without rushing us so they could close. They also provided us with a hotspot internet to set up at home as well. They truly had great customer service and my sister and I were very satisfied with our purchases.

Kevin was great he deserves a raise they got to me as soon as I walked threw the door and they were very very nice and professional I appreciated there help and quickness the answered all my question and took care of me quickly

Kevin went above and beyond to help us. We went to North Arkansas and service was absolutely TERRIBLE! Michelle the store manager wanted to make a sale and did just that. If we would have come to Valley Park it would have been a much smoother process! Will definitely be back! The whole issue was N Arkansas put the wrong screen protector on our IPhone 15 Max and it took 3 trips to try and get it corrected. Kevin took care of it right away and smoothed everything over for us, thank you so much for everything we will be back!

And I'm not one to write reviews but this place deserves the best review everybody anybody needs help with their phone at AT&t service or buying a phone this is the place to go everyone in there is so sweet there's a man named Elvis in there LOL but he's awesome but Candace help me tremendously in the whole store is the best place to go I give it a 10 out of 10 try it sometime

Jonathan did an amazing job helping me get my new iPhone through an upgrade! He was extremely friendly to myself and patient with my 3 year old daughter! We were finished in a timely manner and I was extremely satisfied with my visit!
