Contacted Joe on Sunday morning asking him if he could look at a leak that was leaking into bedroom. He sent Joel out that day and we were back up and going all within a couple of hours! Thanks for the great service, and for sending Joel out. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade, I even learned a few things. Lyons Plumbing is highly recommended!

We had a water leak outside and had to turn our water off. I called around and was unable to get anyone out to quickly take care of it. Fortunately, I eventually called this company. They were able to come out first thing the next morning and quickly fix the problem.

Nice guy, but we couldn't ever get anything done. First meeting he was a no-show, and second meeting they were over 2 hours late. Before they left, we asked for an actual quote with statement of work to be emailed to us. A week later, still not quote. We talked with him each week asking for a quote, in which we'd get a response that we'd get one later that night. After 4 weeks of doing this we still never received it and told them that we'd be using someone else.

Not sure what quality of work they do because we never got to see any started or completed. Could just be a one-off, but that's my experience with them. We'll save our time and have someone else fix our plumbing issues who shows up and does what they say they are going to do.
