We had a wonderful experience start to finish. Crys and her team are sweet, accommodating, efficient, and genuinely wanted us to have a good dining experience. The food was delicious and there was more than enough to fill me up. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth here.

Visiting Eat My Catfish from out of town with husband. I am not a fan of Catfish but the sweet girl at the counter, Hallie, gave me perfect recommendations and explained how the chicken is free range and catfish is farm raised. I ordered catfish, fries and rice. Ms Hallie upsold us on the hush puppies. Told us we would really love and she was right!! The service, food and atmosphere was great. Ty EMC for a great experience. Highly recommend the Willie Dust to take home.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Eat My Catfish recently, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere.

Our server, Hailey, was the highlight of our evening. Never have I come across a server as attentive, friendly, and professional as her. Hailey was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing us with excellent recommendations that catered to our specific tastes. She frequently checked in on us, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our needs were always met.

The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot, but it was Hailey's service that made our experience truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience, and she succeeded in every aspect.

We love their food! They also have yummy pies, and the peach is my favorite. I like how the whole family can find something here! Our family of 8 can easily eat here for $100 and less. Sometimes you can find gift card for them at Sam's club at a discounted rate which makes this even more affordable.

I visited recently with some friends and everything was wonderful and everyone was so nice. The food was delicious and fresh but our server Hailey was the sweetest and just really set the bar. I’ve never experienced someone so attentive and welcoming! Definitely looking forward to returning!

The shrimp and catfish here are just awesome; you can even get plain grilled catfish if you have dietary restrictions. The customer service is really good - Madison M was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. I would like to make some suggestions to the owner, specifically, could you provide some milder options for those of us who didn't grow up with all the Louisiana spices? It would be great to have plain tartar sauce and hush puppies without the jalapenos. A mayonnaise based potato salad would be a fantastic option too. Thanks so much, we'll be back again.

Solid fried catfish place. Really loved the custom spicy tarter sauce. I got the try it all basket. No complaints about any of the standard items chicken, shrimp, or catfish. I got the rice and cole slaw as a side. I would recommend the cole slaw. The rice was not my favorite. I was able to try the fries and mac n cheese and found those to be good as well. Hush puppies were great too!

Seriously, eat this guys catfish!! But better yet, get the BIG WILLIE- 2lbs crawfish, 1lb crab legs, 1lb boiled shrimp with corn and taters- INCREDIBLE FLAVOR!!!! Great quality and there’s even outdoor seating. It’s a hokey location with little to look at but who cares, the food is all that matters with this place! And while you’re at it you gotta get the boudin balls- the breading is sensational and so is the flavor OMG. My friend got the catfish poboy which I’m not the biggest fan of poboys but it was delicious!! I don’t know if they can make a bad plate here. Also, check for crawfish specials in season, so far they are the most reasonably priced by the pound and for that I wish I could give them five more stars. 💖

First time here. Very casual place with lots of great menu items to choose from. We ordered the catfish and shrimp dinner and the blackened Cajun catfish and shrimp dinner. Both were great and tasted fresh. No need for extra hot sauce on the blackened catfish and shrimp. 🌶 The staff was very friendly 😊 and there were lots of regulars enjoying their meals. We will definitely be back.

Nataley Richard's from Benton AR Eat My Catfish was the best waitress! She made sure our food was all out together and in a timely manner. I noticed her checking on all of her customers and making sure they were happy before they left. Definitely recommend eating there.

Absolutely loved the shrimp gumbo and the onion rings. Came in on Tuesday to see the team in action. I work next door at Aaron’s and had a great conversation with your Area Coach Chris about the changes being made in the quality and guest service. I was very satisfied to see that someone was stepping up to make things right. It’s about time. She was genuine and I could tell how much she cared. Chris was very determined to get my business because she wanted actual feedback and even stated whether it was good or bad, please just give it. The hush puppies might need a little work, but that gumbo oh my word. That needs to be available always.

What a 180 from my last visit. I was approached immediately with a warm welcoming which has never happened. The area coach gave me a sample of a boudin ball which his her favorite and also let me try a few pieces of fried shrimp that weren’t good on my last visit. The shrimp were really good and the ball. I ordered 2 fish and shrimp dinners and they were very hot and delicious. Cris and Carson checked on me a few times. Cris also introduced me to a few of the team members. I appreciated the attention we received. It’s nice to have a group be so attentive.

Amazing service !! I had a girl named Hailey take my order today and she was just super sweet and didn’t fail to make sure I had everything I needed (sauces, etc…) I will definitely be returning to this location . My food was absolutely delicious :)

My boss took our entire office to eat here. The young lady Hailey was amazing. She was very polite and took care of us. Very pleased with the service. Thanks Hailey Pile your awesome....

My wife and I were traveling to Texas and as a point we try to eat local establishments as we can't get these eats in our hometown. Needless to say this place is on point. The catfish, garlic fries, slaw, hush puppies and sweet tea all deserve 5 stars. It's an order and seat yourself environment and they will bring your food to your table, country music on the speaker system and NFL network highlights on the TV's. I got a ticket coming in to Arkansas but the food in this place absolutely made me okay with it. If you're in the area and you want some local flare, do you and your taste buds a favor and come here and eat, you will not be disappointed.

I grew up in central Arkansas eating catfish at primarily two different places, The Catfish Hole (my favorite) and Grampa's Catfish. Occasionally my folks would splurge and we'd dine at The Hushpuppy Place (hasn't been open in about 25 years). If you're my age or older, then you definitely remember these names. But, enough of the nostalgia...so, let's get to it.

I started eating Eat My Catfish when they were rolling around with their food truck/trailer. It was great then and it has only gotten better. I think they have some of the freshest catfish fillets around. And...they always give a little extra on their already good-sized portions.

That little extra goes a long way...just as the amazing customer service you receive from literally everyone. They offer a military discount and it's generous as it is very and truly appreciated. Must show ID (or at least I feel you should and not just try to get away with it).

The wife and I were hankering for some of the in-season bounty of the bottoms - crawfish. Now I grew up calling them crawdads and the wife grew up not having them at all. She can dig in and go with the spicy all day long.

Their crawfish is extremely fresh and excellently prepared!! Very tasty and well worth it. We got three pounds each and didn't take any prisoners. When we went through the ordering line, we ended up with the number 13, which was "odd" seeing as it was this past Friday evening. BUT it was Good Friday so nothing could go or be wrong. ;)

After we had gotten our drinks and were waiting on our orders, the wife decided we had to enjoy some hushpuppies, too. I held down the fort and she got in line. She came back with another order number...31. We just looked at each other and smiled.

Both of our orders arrived and after taking my watch, ring and other accoutrements off and had safely stowed them, the onslaught began. Again, we left all on the battlefield and took no prisoners.

As always, Eat My Catfish is amazing and absolutely delicious. You must scamper down and get some crawfish ASAP because once they're gone, they're gone. At least the fresh ones are.

If we could rate this properly, we'd give Eat My Catfish a 7.5 out of 5 stars. We love it, y'all, and you will, too. If you haven't already visited, then stop reading this and get to getting.

Brought the family in Tuesday night to see Crys and her team and the changes that have been made. I was very happy with the quality of the food and even more impressed with the customer service. Crys went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. Parker and Lauren were also amazing with me and my kids. Thank you for finally getting it right!

The Benton location is absolutely fantastic! Chris, Tyler, McKenzie, and Lauren provided me and my family with excellent service! Food was delicious as well! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stopped by the other day and had a nice experience! The food was good, portions were nice, service was quick and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Met a nice young lady named Hailey there who was very helpful!

I came here with my boyfriend for dinner and we both got the chicken strips and they were so good. The BBQ and ranch are really good with it and the manager Noah was super nice when we walked in and took our order.
