I have to give the deepest thanks of gratitude to the entire staff as well as Natalie for taking such excellent care of my wife and I the last couple days. I came in as a walk in because I had a horrible headache and congestion. Unfortunately I passed my Covid test with an A+. Natalie bent over backwards to find the medicine my wife and I needed and I can not say thank you all enough !!!!!!! Excellent patient care and quality of treatment

Dr Rodriguez is a phenomenal woman she truly does care genuinely and sincerely wants to help. She is the only doctor that I have ever met that I can tell her anything and she will listen instead of brushing me off. They can get you in there fast and they will try their best to be quick about getting you out. The facility is always nice and clean very spacious and organized. The staff are awesome as well they are friendly and enjoy their jobs!

Natalie Rodriguez is the best medical care I have ever received. She really cares about us patients. I can't say enough good about her. The front desk people have improved sooooo much in the last year or so... can't say enough good about this establishment.

I didn't wanna leave a 1 because dr.Rodriguez is amazing. Now how ever dr hud is a absolutely Horrible he doesn't know how to talk to people. he's rude and seems to not care. I need a not from him to be able to sit down when im in pain at my place of work. he pretty much laughed at me and told me pregnant women should stand. I've been having bad abdominal pain and I stand all day at work. I never said I didn't wanna stand i just said I didn't wanna stand. I guess he just doesn't care about he's Patience we are just a check to him.

Absolutely rude staff. Never saw an actual md, heart issues, never ran my insurance, billed me 100% then told me to file my own claim with insurance, their job not mine. As a cna I understand a burn out but this entire place should be reevaluated,starting from the top!

Don't bother! For one.not doctors. They are nurses who have to refer you for absolutely everything!! On top of that they leave you waiting for hours. Even with an empty waiting room!!! Even when your a returning patient. Have kids with you. Or simply made the appointment a week ago.

I was super excited that I was able to get an appointment so fast. That was the end of the exciting part. I felt very let down by my initial appointment. I have chronic pain and have been needing a primary that will listen to my concerns and issues. The nurse that I saw was amazing, she listened, related, and shared concerns. The doctor however didn’t seem to want to listen at all. Even busting in during my blood work to claim I didn’t tell them I’m HIV positive-which I am not!!! They misheard a medicine I take for something used for HIV. My severe anxiety and depression needs to be treated elsewhere, my pain needs to be handled by someone else, they didn’t even seem to care I needed an inhaler or my nebulizer equipment. I am scheduled to see a different doctor next time, so let’s hope I can be heard.

My Insurance was billed incorrectly.
Had to have it rebilled.
Received another EOB , That was still billed incorrectly.
On top of not having adequate care.
Half of the things I'd gone to the Doctor for were not addressed.
So now I Have to pay a bill for services I didn't ask for.
I'm afraid to back , because I don't want to be billed again.
Front staff doesn't know what they are doing.
I have high cholesterol and no Rx was written for me.
They just don't care.
The only thing the Doctor wanted me to do on the next visit was to have a pap smear and Breast exam. I have not been back.
They Billed me instead of billing my Insurance first.
