Central Termite and Pest Control

I requested a quote and scheduled an inspection with Central Termite and Pest Control, which was easy to do. The lady on the phone was easy to talk to and polite.. The quote was well priced for pest control and termites. The gentleman who performed the inspection was on time and professional. He was kind and polite to not only me but also my dogs. Questions were easy to ask and were quickly answered. He listened to concerns I had and addressed them. If you're looking for quotes and/or a termite inspection, I do recommend Central Termite and Pest Control.

Damon was our technician and always does a great job as we get just the usual overall pest maintenance service. He is very conscientious and very customer conscious as to what they really need or would like to prevent. He is probably the best technician we have had over the years! He does a great job!

The owner was the one who did our inspection. He was very kind and explained everything. He worked with us on payments and genuinely wants to help. We will definitely be coming back as customers!

Joe Crocker came out to help us with a plan to deal with our termite issues. He was helpful, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. And my goodness, what a positive and friendly person! As a Texas transplant, I appreciate the warm welcome to our new home. Central Termite and Pest Control is a very repretubale, local company here in the River Valley. Joe has always been quick to respond to my pest control needs. They are very reliable and experienced in their field. I highly recommended them to everyone I know.

I am not a paying customer with these guys but i am a very satisfied individual. I had what looked to be a major spawning of pest insects that looked to be fleas. I called these guys and they were incredibly helpful. They had me send them some photos and they went absolutely above and beyond in identifying what the pest was and getting back to me in a very quick and timely manner. I se t them photos was immediately contacted by one of their exterminators who was incredibly helpful and he then sent off the photos to an entomolygist who was able to determine they were a subset of flea but were not the biting pest kind. They spent probably several hours on a back and forth text message and multiple phone calls with me and left me a very happy individual. I ended up not needing their services as they determined it was not a problem but if i have another problem or am ever in the need for an exterminator i will be calling these boys. Especially seeing all the trouble they went to just to help someone who wasnt payong them a single penny. 10/10 would reccommend over and over again.

We have been using Central since 2017. They keep our home rodent and bug free.They are very friendly and professional. We have used other companies in the past and Central is the best!

Central Termite is the best, hands down. I continued with the previous owners' termite coverage when I moved to Conway - HUGE mistake. Thankfully, Central came out and, one termite abatement later, they've been out every quarter ever since. Can't ask for better.
