Sonic Drive-In

We ordered 2 shakes and they were actually thick normally when we order we get this was a great improvement.

I'm not sure why this Sonic has such a low review. I have been there twice and I think it is great. The people were great, the service was great and the place was clean. The food was just like any other Sonic I been to. What more could one ask for.

Very fast service. Really nice carhop. Really nice cold drinks with plenty of Ice.

This Sonic is way better than the one on 4th st.

Ok I used to work for sonic. I keep seeing “the screen says it’s on its way” well for one we have a new policy of out the door in four implemented by Sonic Corp. therefore we have to hit the goal of 4 minutes at the latest 4:30 seconds so even though it says it’s on the way, it’s not really they bump the order off the screen to save on labor and critical late tickets. The kitchen on the other hand have rushes from 2 to close. We are told that the oldest orders go out first so that means we can’t jump ahead in orders, have to remain on task at all times. Let alone all the chores we are doing in between, it’s rough you have a list of about 30 chores and cook between rushes it’s very stressful. As for the carhops try to be nice no tips are not required but that’s what they live off of they only get paid $5.25 an hour and most of them are new parents or college students that one dollar could go a long way. Like I said you don’t have to that’s your choice. When you say it’s not busy why is it taking so long, also look we have order ahead orders and call ins so even though the parking lot is bare doesn’t mean we don’t have orders on the screen. Sometime we got so many that it would feel up the screen. In regards to shakes and blasts they take a second and some people will order 5 or 6 of them at a time please be aware they only have one fountain on duty at time, for one person it that has 10-12 shakes/blasts at a time it’s very time consuming. All in all it’s a good place to eat. It may be slow at some point but they are trying to keep up with demand. Thanks for reading.

Ordered online,everything was just how I ordered it,and it came out fast.Girl working was very nice.This is always my go to sonic they are way better then others around

This is probably the best Sonic in Pope County. They are fast and friendly. I will normally only drive to this one since we live in Dover. But I stopped at the one on West Main and the BOY taking my order was rude as hell. There was an elderly man 2 stalls down asking for a milkshake. Obviously the elderly man had an issue with his hearing but the BOY yelling at him in a way that would make you get out of your car and smack this boy upside the head made me sick. Apparently their milkshake machine was broken but you could get any other type of ice cream you wanted but a shake.

Just went for a shake after a movie at the neighborhood theater. Had a chocolate and peanut butter. It was Excellent! Best experience I’ve had at a sonic in a very long time.

It was 99 cent chili cheese fries/tots day. I put in my mobile order and roll in to a packed Sonic. I think I waited 10 minutes and the most friendly car hop greeted me. She was kind and apologetic for the wait.

Fast food.
Double Cheeseburger with tots. Iced coffee is great. Don't forget to Tip your car hop.

Just had a piping hot, tasty sausage breakfast burrito at 2 in the afternoon! Almost ordered a second because it was so good. Hot tots and a "burn your throat" diet Coke to top it off!
Why did I stop going to this place?

I always get great service when I come here! The happy hour is my favorite because it falls in my lunch break so I can relax in my car and listen to music! Sonic provides a good meal at a great price! Also the ice cream sundays are soooooo good!

I've been to several Sonics, and some aren't so good. This one, however, ranks in my top two favorites. I had a custard concrete, my mother got the ultimate chicken club and a different concrete. Every item was beyond excellent. I rate it five stars because my Custard had Snickers in every bite. Great Job!

fast service friend it's good but gotten pretty pricey and it takes him a little bit to bring you your food but it is goodly staff good food

this is the best sonic in the city really reminds me of the good ole days when colas were 25 cents at the corner store and everyone has a smile on their face and it reminds me of my late wife ernestine we came here all the time before she passed she loved the chili dogs and tater tots R.I.P my lovely wife ernestine

This location is so much better than the location in Morrilton.
Feel like rings and a coney, make the drive to w. Russelville . Stay away from the Morrilton location. Worth the drive

I love Sonic but my gosh has it went up in pric2 burgars n 2 shake's $19. And some change
