The technician is the reason for the 5 stars. He called ahead to schedule and worked with me on a time and date. I asked that he call 25 - 30 minutes before he came which he did. He arrived and was through in his inspection.

The serviceman was very professional and took the time so you know he did a thorough job. When he was done, he gave us a sheet listing any pest problems he found (Lucky, no problems). He also told us about a couple of things he seen that might indicate problems not linked to Terminx . Several of the other servicemen had done the same thing. At times they were right and we fixed a minor problem, that turned major. Overall, very satisfied with the termite service.

Great service! I appreciate the people who come to my house. They’re professional and friendly and take the time to make sure you understand what they’re explaining or suggesting. Couldn’t be happier with them.

My Terminex man is very friendly and if I let him know I’m seeing ants or spiders he is always happy to treat my property. I can call any time and make an appointment in between treatments at no extra charge if I see a problem!!

They are the nicest technicians that call you or text you and schedule a specific time. They listen when you tell them you need an area that needs more concentration. They’re very respectful of my house and my animals.

Good, reliable service. Trustworthy people. Convenience of not having to be present at the home at time of service. Quality service—no issues with indoor pests since starting service and special requests to look/treat specific areas are always done. I appreciate the great care that Michael, our treatment specialist, takes with our home. He always gives us a heads up when he is coming our way so we can make plans or reschedule if needed. He always calls me before and after performing treatments and lets me know of any new issues—if any. Michael gives exemplary service and gets perfect/top scores in every rating category I can think of. By extension, the local Bono, AR Terminix branch does as well.

The technician came earlier, cause he had finished the other customer earlier. So he called me, and ask if he could come earlier. I told him, yes. He’s a very polite, and trustworthy person. His name is Josh.

These guys are very professional very knowledgeable quick to respond and very thural would definitely recommend them to my loved ones and friends

Justin and Andrew were both awesome. Justin came to do our inspection and give us a quote and Andrew came the next day to treat the property. We weren't looking forward to having to show our house to someone, but Justin and his partner made us feel so comfortable and truly made our day with his kindness. Andrew was very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Both gentlemen communicated well ahead of the visit and arrived close to the beginning of the scheduled time frame. Having to have your property treated for pests is never fun and can be embarrassing, but these guys did amazing at making us feel proud of our home and confident the problem would be resolved.

We have used Terminix for years and for the most part satisfied.
I'm concerned if our mosquito monthly spray is working as it should. When I'm working outside in my flower beds, I'm still seeing and getting bit by mosquitos?

My parents have been with Terminix since 1994! I do believe that speaks for itself. If they weren’t do something right for that long we wouldn’t continue doing business with them. Service has been prompt & professionalism is key point. I’m sure anyone who may chose Terminix also will be as pleased. If not I don’t think it’s on Terminix’s end.. for as stated 1994 is a long time! Thank you Terminix for taking care of my parents!

The inspector was so thoughtful calling to let me know when he was on his way to our house for inspection. He was very professional and thorough.

When I called to ask about service everyone was very friendly answered all my questions and was very good to work around my schedule. The technician who came out to my home was super nice and again answered all my questions. I had to reschedule due to family emergency and this was no problem. I would recommend them to anyone in this area it was also very affordable and it's only been 2 days since they were in my home. And I can definitely already tell a difference I am very satisfied with Terminix

Josh has done a great job servicing multiple locations for our family. He is a great communicator, super responsive and explains his finding after each service super clearly. Very happy with the service.

The office manager, Amy, and Josh, the technician who’s serviced our home for years now, are so good to work with and have proven themselves to be rock solid and dependable. I can’t recommend them highly enough and Terminix is very fortunate to have such dedicated professionals working out of the office in Bono, Arkansas!

Zachery Jackson went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and my service was provided exceptionally. Anytime I reschedule I request him and will continue to do so.
