I’m new to the Benton area. Couldn’t have been blessed with no other than David’s Uhaul!!! Mr. David and his staff are always so FRIENDLY but most of all, the customer service is the BEST. Mr. David goes out of his way to make sure all his customers are taken care of to the fullest!!!! Can’t ask for more than that!!!

We have rented from David 2 times now. The first in May and now again in July. David is very friendly and the service quick. The equipment was very clean. We definitely will do business with David in the future. Convenient, friendly, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this business!

Needed a uhaul to move my daughter out of state and I have never had a better experience renting a uhaul anywhere than I did at David's. He treated us not just with great customer service, but more like we have been long time friends. I highly recommend David's!! Thanks you guys!!

Rented a truck in Eldorado Ar and had some issues, had to go to Benton to exchange the truck, u Haul customer service was supposed to contact David's and get everything set up., They did not . Walked in at 6:02pm as staff was leaving on Saturday night. He not only went above and beyond on his part. He helped me out with some discounts and milage. Thank you so much for a business that puts "customer" back in customer service. Moving sucks but you and you're staff helped keep it from being a total nightmare

Rented about a month ago from him, very friendly staff. There was an issue with the app (no fault of David’s), and I got a bill 3 weeks later for a late return (which it wasn’t). Where most places would have likely said tough luck, David worked with me for over an hour to get the issue resolved and return my money. Cannot recommend them enough!

David was very friendly and helpful to me and my buddy Caleb. It was super busy on a Sunday and David was flying through the customers. It was also nice to be in a Christian environment with all his wall decor!

Had an emergency with Uhaul auto transport on a Sunday! Thank God for Dave! Took Uhaul roadside assistance 2.5 to get back to me sending me to Dave. Dave made absolutely no money off my emergency picking up a new auto transport. Treated me just like a paying customer. Customer service there is amazing.

I have rented from them 3 times now and every time the experience goes above and beyond what is expected, making for a very happy repeat customer. If I have to move again, I refuse to use anyone but these guys. The staff even met me after hours to get me a rental. You don't get this kind of customer service from big chain places! Thanks for making the process of moving less stressful by caring.

My mother and I both have bought vehicles from David. He will not cheat you and he will never have a bad car on his lot to sell. Next time you need a car and some good honesty call David's auto sales.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This owner truly cares about your needs! In a bind, I needed to locate and secure a UHaul 5 minutes before closing time. Having received no answered calls to local UHaul facilities, I had given up. At one minute to closing time, I received a return call from this owner who stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. If you want true customer service from someone who cares about your needs, this is the place!
