Car-Mart is a wonderful place so business with not only are the cars very nice and clean but the staff are all friendly and helpful. They are awesome and I would recommend they to anyone who needs a vehicle. If the vehicle your wanting is not in your price range they will help you find one that is. The staff goes well above and beyond to make their customers happy

I had a very small down payment to offer, and they worked with me, explained IN DETAIL, how my payments would work and how much I'd be paying in total. They went over my entire contract in detail multiple times and made sure I understood everything I was signing before I signed it.
Payments are based on your income vs outgoing bills and they make sure it's do-able for you.
The staff was all very friendly and informative, and made sure to answer all my questions in detail. I am very satisfied with the deal I made, And extremely happy with my little car.
I worked with Issac Terry, and he was very patient with me even though it took me forever to get my insurance set up, and then even helped me figure out the insurance, and they printed my insurance cards for me twice so I didn't have to do it myself.
I was hesitant to go through Car-Mart as I have heard others say they were ripped off. But honestly, I'm glad I went to them, they explained my interest, and they explained the fees all in detail. And i feel like I got an amazing deal.

I should've left this review a long time ago with that being said the people at the Fort Smith location are nothing but amazing. I would like to shout out to Rachel and Jamie these ladies went above and beyond what anyone should expect of them and for that we are forever grateful. I still remember the day we were finally able to pay off our vehicle they were so excited for us because they knew every bump we had along the way and worked with us and helped any way they could. As long as you keep in contact and make good on any agreements that are made they will do what they can to make sure you get to keep your vehicle. AGAIN A BIG THANKS TO THE TEAM AT THE FORT SMITH LOCATION. KEEP UP THE WORK.
