I love this place. Great prices with super helpful staff. I called them when I was getting a new stove. They were able to answer every question I asked on the phone.

Living in a small town gives you limited options. Even with ordering everything online I can't get anyplace to delivery for a stove. Arrow appliances in La Grande does deliver. The total price, with local delivery and installation was less expensive than anything else I found online or in person. Even big places, like home Depot or Lowe's, cost more. And again, they won't deliver here

Excellent service, very good selection. Not everything is on display due to floor space limitations. If you don't see what you want, they'll take you to the back or order it.

Great people to work with! If they don't have what you need, they'll get it in, in a timely manner. Their prices are comparable to other stores and yet they're local. I called around trying to get an appliance I needed in only a few days and they were very accommodating.

Other stores in La Grande wanted me to drive in to the store just to place an order, or couldn't get stock for up to weeks. I'd highly recommend you call or stop by Arrow before going to Wal-Mart or other stores! I know I'll be returning in the future for any of my appliance business needs.

Update: purchased another appliance through them and they are still, just as awesome, as before. Doug is super helpful!!! Buy and support local!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I went in an hour before closing, needing a new refrigerator (mine quit working that day). They were able to find one in their warehouse and bring it to the store before closing and this is not a common size fridge. Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. Price of fridge was competitive with any bigger store in a bigger city. 100% will be back for future appliances needed. A++ 👍😁😁

Excellent service and prices! Tons of inventory and you don't have to order and wait like Home Depot. Bought a freezer that was $300 less than online retailers. Look local first, you might be surprised by the prices, service, and expertise. Thank you Arrow for your many years of outstanding service in our community!

Only place in town that had a snow blower in stock, service was great, the guy even put oil and gas in it to make sure all was good before i took it home.
