Shoe Dept. Encore

This store has started carrying some extended size men's shoes of which I am super thankful!! All my guys wear large size shoes and it is such a pain to try to find them local. Thank you Shoe Dept.!!! Keep up the good work.

Got my first pair of hey dudes today. Super excited.

Amazing customer service! I bought my son a pair of sandals on 9/2. After about 2 weeks, I threw the box and receipt away and not 3 days later, one of his sandals came completely apart on one side. I really didn't think there was any chance I could exchange them without the box or receipt but I went to try anyway. The manager, Deborah, was awesome. I did have a picture of the receipt from an app I use so she took one look at that and quickly got us a replacement pair.
I've had much more attitude and difficulty returning items with the tags still on them and the receipt in hand at different places.
I will go out of my way to buy all of my family's shoes here because of their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store. Plus, they have a wonderful selection.

Staff was friendly, BIG selection of shoes and even had my size which is very hard to come by 15-16 men's. The price was just as awesome. Usually finding shoes in my size cost way over 100+ but walked out with a good pair of shoes for 45 dollars. Cant beat that. Definitely going back for my next purchase.

This store has a large selection of women's, men's, and kid's shoes. This includes sneakers, dress shoes, boots, sandals, etc for the entire family. The prices are affordable as well. I purchased 2 pairs of women's ankle boots for $32.00 on sale. The staff was friendly too. I will shop here again.

Huge selection, helpful customer service. Got a pair of Clarks for $20 cheaper than at Shoe Carnival (both stores had them on sale).

Great prices & about the only place left in town for that now. & I had to exchange a pair & it was quick & easy.

This is about the only store in the mall that carrying my size 11. Super cute shoes very friendly staff, very helpful. When I'm shopping I always shop here or look here at the shoes first.
