Tradehome Shoes

Hands down the BEST shoe store I've visited - ever! AJ was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was only in to buy one pair of shoes for myself, and ended up with two pair for me and two pair for my wife. They have a great selection and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thanks, AJ and Tradehome!

The customer service here is unmatched to other shoe retailers in this mall. Came into return shoes and walked out with 2 new pairs! Great job to AJ & Dante for being so helpful and informative. I’ll be back for more soon! :)

AJ was incredibly nice and welcoming. I bought a shoe for two of my kids and two for myself. He helped me put my shoe on showed me all about it gave me little discounts here and there where he could to help me out since I was buying so many shoes. He took the time to talk to us and interact with my daughter trade home because of AJ. It’s definitely going to be where I go get our family shoes from now on.

Stopped by "Tradehome" yesterday after leaving another shoe store in the mall. I was shopping for my son and needed help finding his size. No one had greeted us or asked if we needed help at the previous store. As soon as me and my kids walked into Tradehome we were immediately greeted by Evan who was helping another customer at the time. As soon as he finished up with them he quickly started helping us. He helped us find the right size for my son and we got him squared away quickly. I was also looking for some "hey dudes" for my husband. Evan helped us with those as well, and then my daughter started looking and he jumped in to help her find her some really cute pink hey dudes in her size. I wasn't even planning on buying her another pair, but I left with three pairs of shoes and good feeling as I went on with my day. Good customer service is a rarity these days it seems. Evan went above and beyond good customer service. He left me impressed!

I have struggled with years finding the right shoe size. This staff here made my experience wonderful and their return policy made it easy to make an exchange my shoes. I will be back as long as they're there! Thank you Logan and MacKenzie!

Evan was great with helping me find several different shoes with all 3 of my kids. Really appreciate how much time he spent helping us find exactly what they wanted! Will be returning because of how great the customer service was.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I'd never been to a Tradehome Shoes before, and I'm so glad I found them. AJ was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest, nice, and great at problem solving. I had a unique situation & need with problems with supination and high arches. He didn't stop until he had found the best shoe and accessories for me. This is a real custom fit shoe store where they put the shoes on you, watch you walk, ask questions and take care of getting everything together. Thanks so much! I'll be back.

Just had the best shopping experience I've probably ever had! My husband and I went to Tradehome Shoes so I could try on tennis shoes. I am beyond picky when I comes to tennis shoes. Dante was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I tried on shoes! So if you need knew shoes go see Dante and Tradehome shoes in the mall!!!

I Bought my 1st pair of HOKAs 5/20/2023 and the Service was Awesome they are so helpful on the fittings and making sure you have the right size..
