From the very first sit down with Doug after Dad passed away until the service the staff was very courteous and helpful. They took care of everything we asked for and were super accommodating. A big shout out to James and Rhonda for the way they treated us and took care of us.

Ashby Funeral Home was wonderful from Rhonda to Chad and Doug. They did everything we asked and even at times before we asked. My mother had a beautiful service from. The visitation to chapel to burial. Pastor Kim Hammer who officiated and did not know my mother. Pastor Kim was spot on with all the little things we said and then some. Ashby has done most all my family members. I can't thank them enough for a beautiful service honoring my mother

The people at Ashby's went above and beyond to make our family feel as comfortable as possible. The office lady, Rhonda Rushing, was extremely good and very helpful in making final arrangements. The staff worked seamlessly with The Nurses Honor Guard to allow time for their presentation. Thank you Ashby's.

Ashby's went above and beyond to help us resolve a mistake (totally our fault) and worked skillfully with another funeral home to resolve the issue which could have cost the family close to $1000 in extra expenses. Forever grateful to their professional compassionate team.

I want to thank everyone at Ashby’s for helping my family to honor my dad during our loss. James and Chad did their best to accommodate any request that we had. Again, thank you for making this experience the best that it could be under the circumstances.

Ashby did my grandfathers funeral in March, and it was the worst funeral experience I have ever had! I worked for a funeral home for 3 years, and we prided ourselves on professionalism, quality care for our customers, and the best possible service we could give. During arrangements, the funeral director was rude, didn't want to honor the policy my grandfather paid for, and put my family through unnecessary interrogation..yes...interrogation. I had worked hard to supply her with the information she needed, and then she refused to even use the packet they sent the family with. Why would you sent a packet to be filled out, if you aren't going to use it during arrangements?! She wasted my families time, and made everything difficult. I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to ANYONE.

Had a good experience many years ago. But totally horrible experience last year with my mothers funeral.
Always thought a funeral homes job was to walk the family through the process and to assist the family. The only help we had was here are the caskets pick one. We felt like we were pulling teeth to get other info in order to organize her funeral. Just now called to get a copy of the invoice and got the third degree about why I wanted/ needed a copy of the receipt.
Would NOT recommend this funeral home for even a pets funeral!!!

My brother in laws visitation was last night. They scheduled it the same night as the Benton Christmas parade. When my husband and I got there the parking lot was already full of people going to the parade. No where for family or friends to park. Ashbys should not allow this. I was told we could park along both sides of the street. Unacceptable. One friend had to park at the Valero station and walk. One family member was asked to move her vehicle so some parade goers could get out. Very disrespectful to our family.

They do not reconize arrangements made by people that is paid for. Allowed things to be cut and had a very expensive car ride to the cemetary where my Stepdad was laid to rest. Denna is rude told me there was a pecking order and I was not in it. I will not use this place at all. I maybe just a step child however he lived married to my mother for 38 years, and raised us. I am applauded with all that has transpired with his service.

Called to inquire about services that may offer Deana was very rude. She cut me off and said she's with a customer and hung up in my face.
So very inconsiderate, unprofessional.
If she is this way to the living I can only imagine how the deceased my be treated.
