Acorn & the Oak

We went for my birthday and this is truly an amazing spot. The food is absolutely incredible and I'm already planning our next visit. Three of us had the steaks and they were easily top 5 lifetime for flavor, tenderness and presentation. The risotto my brother ordered was a complete knock-out. We had a variety of appetizers and every single one was heavenly - we were making deals over who got the last bites. We finished up with dessert and (not surprisingly) the were ALSO stellar. The whole place has this fun, warm, special vibe. New fav.

One of my favorite spots and go-to’s for date night! I LOVE the food, the vibes, the decor, and the staff! It’s perfect for a girls meet up too and the outdoor patio in the spring/summer is heaven!

This is a quaint lil spot with delicious food and beautiful views and an eclectic inside. Drinks were great, smooth, and fresh. I went for lunch, which for me had the better menu. I got the yard bird spicy. It wasn't spicy but had flavor, and the chicken was juicy. Fries were good too. Definitely going to come back.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Went for a date night dinner and had a great experience. The food was so good and the restaurant itself is super beautiful and unique. The drinks are delicious and super pretty too.

I came here for lunch and loved the vibe and decor of this place! The food was also great with a lot of healthy options. I will be back for dinner because I heard they have great desserts!

Spectacular! I brought my daughter here for her birthday. Dave brought out champagne and flowers- nice touch. The burrata, deviled eggs and risotto were cooked and seasoned well. The meal was especially satisfying! This is a great spot and we will definitely return.

We visited last year on my birthday and this year on our anniversary and both times, the food has been amazing! Acorn & The Oak makes the best steak I have ever eaten. They have a rotating menu so you’ll have the chance to try new dishes with each season. We’re always excited to see what seasonal desserts they have, as they are soo good. The flower shop inside is super cute, but I think the outdoor seating is even prettier right by the lake! Dinner and dessert here is a little pricier than the average restaurant so this tends to be a special occasion place for us.

I had my wedding at Acorn & The Oak! It was a super cozy 40 person affair and Acorn did it all. They did the flowers, the food, the drinks, and the service. We had the ceremony on the patio, dinner inside, and the after party back on the patio. The owners, Janessa & Chuck are so helpful and accommodating. They came up with some amazing ideas. There was even amazing calligraphy done by May. The head chef Chris is a wizard, the food came out masterfully. The servers were all super friendly and professional. Bailey, Maddie, Abby, Casey, and Jamie. I know there’s staff I am forgetting to mention but to be fair, it was my big day. The location right on the lake was so scenic and perfect. I couldn’t imagine a better team to make our wedding vision come into reality.

Actually fantastically delicious. We loved our corn chowder. Use of local & seasonal foods is above par. Some odd combinations but you can tell they really experiment. The flower shop vibe is awkward at first but the service is so great & views of Lacamas Lake, plus everyone is happy & talking. The vibe might be cheesy except all those flowers are real - that makes a big difference.

Such a cute place in Camas. We sat on the patio with a view of the water through the beautiful treed landscape. ALL the food AND drinks were to die for! Oh my goodness, why haven’t I been here before? Our service was phenomenal. Every menu item looked so good and all the descriptions of the drinks sounded so yummy it was hard to decide. Will DEFINITELY return. Oh! And the bathroom made me laugh. (Pic in review.)

Acorn & the Oak is not to be missed! Right on Lacamas Lake, part flower shop and part restaurant. Be sure to come hungry: we always get a few appetizers to sample the flavors, as well as the spectacular entrees - and then can't say no to dessert! If you only get one thing, be sure to try the Bread & Burrata Board. This place is a special treat with irreverent decor and spectacular food.

Great craft cocktails with movie references in their names. Loved their theme throughout the bar and restaurant! The staff was very helpful and the Old Fashioned was really good!

Always love coming here for a date night. Food never ever disappoints and the owners are such wonderful people. Great service as well. One of my favorite dishes was their pork and beans. But honestly the burger they served at brunch was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Either way, this place is worth every penny.

edit: We have been here at least six or seven times since my review. Perfect every time, seriously! I would HIGHLY recommend their Devils on Horseback appetizer if they still have it. One of the benefits of this place is their rotating menu, but it really is sad to see certain dishes go sometimes. A+ all around

My first time in Washington and my first restaurant stop. I was very impressed, the service was impeccable, the decor like wow! And the atmosphere and views of the lake while outside dining was amazing! Special thank you to the host upon entering the restaurant very welcoming and a huge shout out to Abby our server, thank you for excellent service!!

Such an outrageously fun place. The decor is not to be missed. To post photos of the wall art would spoil the surprise.
Very delicious food. Care was evident in the preparation and presentation of each dish. I enjoyed the boneless spareribs. The promise was fork-tender and they were. I’m a big polenta fan and theirs did not disappoint.
My better half enjoyed the filet. Promised to be the best, and it was of very high quality. ( Sailor’s in Portland sets a high bar. )
The price is expensive. Go for a special dinner and you will not be disappointed.

My Husband and I had an evening reservation and unfortunately arrived very late- due to having to hike down the hill at Lacamas Park after our wedding. The staff was so sweet and accommodating despite our tardiness! We were immediately sat and gifted with a beautiful flower arrangement to take home due to the special occasion! Our server offered to take photos for us, and delivered delicious food with friendly service. MANY many thanks to the wonderful kitchen and FOH service, you made our wedding evening even more special! 💗

The atmosphere here is definitely one of a kind. Exceptional food, cocktails and the wait staff was certainly attentive and polite. My wife and I have been wanting to try this place for quit awhile now and so glad that we finally got the chance to go. We didn't have reservations but we were able to get a table immediately in the bar, which is decorated amazing in theme for the Halloween holiday. I highly recommend this place and excited to go back, hopefully sooner rather than later

Hip and trendy meets warm and inviting, Acorn and the Oak exceeded my expectations on all counts. I had a flower arrangement made for my mom that was placed on our table for her birthday celebration and then boxed to enjoy at home. Our meal was generously portioned and delicious- something I was skeptical about from the seemingly sparse menu options. I can exuberantly recommend the salmon. We love a craft cocktail, we love candlelit conviviality, we love cacti in crockery. Huge win. I will say it was expensive, but worth it.

I cannot recommend this place more highly. Everything was closed on a Sunday and our friend told us he heard it was good. It is actually great. Great food, sweet waitress from our hometown of Temecula and outstanding vibe. Cool bar, looks just like a bar should look, dark and inviting. Wonderful floral shop in the restaurant and a super inviting patio. We can’t wait to go back and start with the worlds best Bloody Mary.

My mother in law lives at a nearby assisted living facility and I was looking for a nice nearby spot to take her out for lunch. We all absolutely loved this place! They have the best crispy fries I've ever eaten. I also highly recommend the bread, barrata, and tomato confit. That was our favorite part of the meal.
The staff was also exceptional, friendly, and helpful.
I got many kudos for finding this place and my MIL can't wait to take her friends to this different yet amazing eatery. Where else can you be surrounded by beautiful indoor plants, a lake, a bar, awesome staff, tasty food and the quirkiest, cute, little bathroom?
