Parklane Family Dental

Everyone at this dentist office is beyond incredible. I am my mother’s caretaker and book all her appointments. The staff made it easy and worked with me to fit her schedule (my mom receives dialysis twice a week). She was treated with respect and kindness every visit from both the hygienist(Cindy) and dentist. We had a situation where we requested expedited services and they worked with us the best they could to meet my mother’s needs as they understood the situation. Overall, incredible and I cannot speak more highly of them. I will be referring all my friends and family to them.

They were nice and didn't make me wait. I really wanted to address that fact I have PTSD and I always panic in the chair, but they dealt with it and my situation better than any dentist I have ever been to. And for the first time I didn't have a massive anxiety attack during or after.

Everyone is always professional and friendly. Dr. Kris was so patient and understanding about dental fears and pain issues when I had cavities filled. The dental hygienist is always super thorough. My teeth feel squeaky clean after a visit with her.

I love park lane family dental and have been going for years! Everyone there is very warm and personable every time I visit. The woman who cleans my teeth is always a joy and has a great spirit! I also love how they always remember my name & Im greeted as soon as I walk through the door! They are also super great working with the time schedule that best fits you and very pleasant with any re-scheduling needs.

Dr Kris did an amazing job taking out my tooth. Was in and out. Ariel the dental assistant was awesome and made visit fun. Tristan the desk clerk was super cool n friendly. Honestly they all were shout-out to Tristan n ariel

Worst place I have ever been to. The staff was way too nice and helpful and the dentist (forgot his name because I was high but he was hot) was way too okay about my the cracked c5 in my neck. he worked around me and make sure I was comfortable the entire time and listened when I had a problem, I mean the audacity. I will not be returning but only because I moved back home south

I want to say I'm so thankful to them! I messaged them on Friday evening, after working hours about my painful tooth. I had messaged soo many different dentists. Dentist Kris Liggett messaged me back less than an hour later, and made room for me to come in the next day, on a busy Saturday (which they only have once a month). He was so kind, and courteous, and made me feel at ease even though I have high anxiety. The whole staff was amazing! The young lady that did my x-rays was very patient, sweet, and understanding. I look forward to my journey with them in restoring my oral health.

Super nice, clean. Took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel at ease. I had an emergency and I was able to book a same day appointment (!) and they took care of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone. Love it.

Dr. Mike AND Dr. Chris, both, have excellent bedside manners. I currently see Dr. Chris and absolutely love that he cares about the comfort of his patients. The dentist hygienist is phenomenal and the receptionist are so friendly. Dentist aren’t too difficult to come by, but great dentist are! I’m so glad that I have found a great dentist!

Amber was amazing. It’s clear she has a passion for what she does. She explained every step and was the absolute sweetest. They were also quick to get me in. Highly recommend!

The staff is always happy and always greets me with a smile. They go above and beyond to make my visits comfortable and as relaxing as they can. The dr gives the most gentle shots I've ever had, and they always explain things to me thoroughly.

Amber the hygienist was super sweet and very gentle! & Front desk girl was very welcoming! The assistant Courtney was very sweet! Dr. Byod was super explanatory! Highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience so far. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Gardner was very friendly and thorough. Worked with me not having insurance to make it a good experience. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family.

Best dental experience I've ever had. The staff is super friendly. I had 2 root canals done on the same side at the same time, Dr. Liggett did such a great job. I didnt feel anything during the procedure, and here I am 24 hours later, still no pain!

Just wanted to say that not only the doctor but the staff are phenomenal..I had a great experience..Im very afraid of dentist but the staff and Dr.Ligget are very professional and do a very good job of making a visit seem great..If u want a great dental experience choose Parklane..So I want to thank the entire staff and Dentist for making me feel like they really care!!
