The health team at Kaiser work so hard for there patients, but the rest of the industry is letting everyone down. High prices for everything, especially prescriptions, make it tough to want to go in and get help. The amazingly hard working, friendly and helpful nurses, doctors, technician and lab specialists have there dedication to health. overshadowed by this and it’s a shame! I love a friendly, helpful and genuine moment with the Kaiser team. They rock!

We appreciate Dr Kisor and her Nurse Leslie. They are very kind and do their job well. Dr. Kisor had save my life by being on top of everything. My son has Downs Syndrome and does not complain, but Dr. Kisor took time to examine him and took care of his problems. They are awesome. Good team.

The male nurse I saw today at the Tualatin clinic was knowledgeable, through and friendly. He gave me good advice and I took it.
The gal in the lab was GOOD hardly felt the needle.

The sleep technician was very thorough. She explained everything. And was very kind too. She even had me laughing despite being a little nervous about all of it. Sonya was amazing! 😍

My nurse was very kind and friendly. She make’s coming to my appointment more at ease. This is the second time I have had her and she still has the same personality that anyone would feel comfortable around

Both Dr Anthony and her assistant Melissa were very gracious Md professional. Questions were and problem solving plan implemented

My PCP, Dr. Liu, is retiring. He has been one of the most stellar PCP’s I’ve ever had. Listens carefully. Responds thoroughly giving me the research & his thot process.
Today, his MA, Chris, heard that I needed a new PCP. I asked if Dr. Liu might suggest someone; he said, of course. Then I mentioned my husband has Dr Wendland. Chris immediately assigned Dr. Wendland as my PCP! So, so impressed. Dr. Liu had labs ordered and Chris made the f/u appt w/ Dr. Wendland. I will certainly miss Dr. Liu; Urgent Care is lucky to receive him on staff.

I have been coming here since I moved to Oregon four years ago. Kaiser is a terrific medical system for me: I can schedule appointments with my primary care doctor on the website, and if I need a specialty referral, he handles that for me. Having the pharmacy built into the system is another big plus.

I used to live closer to Kaiser Tualatins location. When I moved closer the the Clackamas locations I wasn't willing to switch pcps mainly because I have multiple chronic medical conditions I've needed countless surgeries for among other challenges that come with that as well as needing help managing multiple surgical feeding tubes. For someone like me I can't not struggle with the ways our medical systems are broken. Rare disease, other conditions caused by that, and between age 12 when the problems started until now at 31 I have severe ptsd from traumatic events in the medical system and mistakes being made by other doctors that make even seeking care a challenge. At the Tualatin Clinic Dr. Westley, her nurse Margaret Kalhar especially, but any nurse I've seen there, are nothing but respectful of this and willing to work with me to try and help me get to a medically stable place and treat what we can. No matter what shape I'm in Margaret does all she can to help communicate my needs with a friendly and supportive attitude. My providers like Dr. Westley and Margaret are able to be professional and caring while feeling more like a friend or family member than just a doctor. It's hard for me to be in any doctors office but they try their best and have never wavered trying to help me receive proper care and support as difficult and frustrating as the medical system, years of near fatal chronic illnesses, having difficulty with poor care and misdiagnosis from many doctors over multiple years, and being far from the typical primary care patient. Even when things get so hard itd be understandable I wanted to give up they'd never give up on me and even though the medical system is set up in a way that makes it harder for a primary care doctor it doesn't stop them and they never stop trying to help me keep fighting and be thankful for the little moments that bring a smile or laugh to a difficult situation.

Dr Rogson was caring, helpful and informative. I’ve had two other fingers develop trigger finger and this was the best injection yet. Whereas the others took several days to a week, by evening my little finger was improved. Also I added an additional item and even though he was busy he was very attentive and helpful with this added issue,

So wonderful. I always feel so supported and that my health in all forms is important and of the top priority. Everyone is always so sweet and kind and it makes everything easier for us the patient!

Taylor my sleep tech was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions. I’d been really anxious about the whole process but her friendly demeanor put me at ease. Her coworker Eric was also friendly and helpful. Good experience overall!

Great facility, helpful staff. Great lighting and design help to keep the place upbeat while visiting the doctor. This Kaiser clinic seems well organized and clean.

Mark Isaacson was friendly and polite. He was clear about what exercises I need to do and how to do them. Very positive visit!

Dr Parechi and his staff made me feel like my health care issues were there highest priority and the conversation was more like between friends.

Dr Westly is amazing. She listens, provides compassionate and efficient care and always humanizes the process with good information, empathy and collaboration.

Was able to get an appointment with imaging right away. No waiting in imaging or lab. Both technicians were friendly and professional.

Dr. McCollum was very thorough in addressing my concerns and even asked several times if there was anything further I wanted to discuss. I really appreciated her receptiveness to my concerns.

Dr Kisor is always so warm and friendly, answers all of my questions and addresses all of my issues. She seems to truly enjoy her job!

Like all Kaiser facilities around Portland this is a clean modern facility, offers electronic checking but human option as well. Efficient walkin vaccination clinic.
