Easy process to reserve a unit and easy to do contract online. The gentleman that called was very polite and thorough with me on what else needed to be done on my contract.

We were able to come in person and meet with Blake Bishop to get a unit. He made the process quick and easy. He even had locks on hand for us to purchase for our unit and got us moved in the same day we started renting.

Great online experience! I had no issues getting signed up! I was given a call immediately after asking if I needed anything or had any questions! They also offered a lock, they put in my unit for me to add onto my monthly rental price so I don’t have to stop and pick one up! Excellent customer service and highly recommend!

Extra Closet has the best storage units at the best price. They are the best place to go to for all your needs, if you need clutter out of the house they are there, if you want to store stuff they are there. There isn’t any other storage unit I would use other then Extra Closet.

I needed a small storage unit and the unit I rented was perfect for my needs. My items stayed dry and safe with little to no rodent droppings over the entire 3 years I stored my items.

I liked that I could complete everything online. I was confused by the insurance requirement, but the onsite manager helped me to understand it. She also told me about their referral and free business marketing plan. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a unit. Of course, the facility is newer and the manager made sure the unit was thoroughly clean before I stored my things.
